Pros
This is my holy grail toner. When I use it for skin troubles, it really feels like my face is being completely sterilized.
Cons
It stings a little when I use it, but I get used to it quickly. Also, it seems to clog my pores, so when I apply a lotion, it feels a bit heavy. That's why I have to use the dedicated line lotion with this product. With these two, I can see amazing effects in preventing my skin from becoming uneven and getting acne. The only downside is that the dedicated lotion has been discontinued.

My face had a lot of trouble, so I was recommended to use this product due to excess oil, and the oiliness has definitely decreased!
Cons
I don't know how to describe it, but there's an alcohol-like smell... The pain from the stinging sensation and the unpleasant smell are a double whammy. Plus, if you don't immediately follow up with a lotion or essence, the peeling becomes really pronounced.

As there seem to be no reviews from dry-skinned people, I'm leaving one. (I've been using the Blue Herbal for over 6 years and am currently using it consistently) (I currently have no acne) (Although it's called a lotion, I used it like a toner) When I first encountered this product, I was a middle-schooler with dry skin but just starting to get acne bumps on my forehead. My memory is a bit hazy, but it was effective for the acne bumps. Since I have dry skin, I didn't apply it all over my face, only around my hairline, between my brows, and on my forehead, mainly using it for nighttime care. In the morning, when I'd apply this and then sunscreen, it would all peel off. Still, I used it consistently, and now I no longer have those acne bumps. I think the acne I had back then was likely due to hormones during my growth phase, and now that I'm past that, it's gone away. But I'll explain why this product is still on my vanity below.
Cons
There's really nothing disappointing about it. Since it was originally formulated as an oil-controlling product, if dry-skinned people apply it all over their face, it might feel irritating and make their face feel really dry and cracked. I even recommended this to an oily-skinned friend, but they didn't use it because it was too drying.
Tip
Even though I currently have no skin issues, I sometimes get a few pimples around my hairline (an area with high sebum production) once a month. When that happens, I skip my usual skincare routine before bed and just put this product on a cotton pad and dab it directly on the pimples. By the next day, the pimples have usually calmed down a lot! But since I have dry skin, I only apply a light layer of moisturizer on the areas I didn't use this product.

Pros
I used this skin a lot during my teenage years when my acne was really exploding. After applying it, my skin feels refreshed and the oiliness completely disappears. The only problem is that it makes my skin too dry.
Cons
First of all, it makes my skin too dry, so I have to make sure to moisturize well after using it. And while using it, I didn't see a direct effect on my acne. It also has a slightly stinging sensation, like applying rubbing alcohol to my face.

Cooling sensation! The oil-controlling effect was truly amazing. The end!
Cons
At first, it has a cooling sensation, but it's a bit too irritating and even a little painful; It seemed to calm the redness and make my skin feel refreshed, but the irritation made it turn red again. After applying, the unique texture hardens and dries up, leaving behind the characteristic alcohol-like feeling of Kiehl's products. I guess this is what you get with American cosmetics.
