This is perfect for when you want something lighter than mascara. It naturally defines your eyes and the black color makes it a great mascara alternative. I highly recommend using it before mascara for excellent staying power. When applied after using an eyelash curler, it maintains the curl beautifully. While I'm not sure if it's waterproof, it doesn't smudge even with tears!

Pros
I once went out with just white mascara and was really shocked when my eyelashes turned completely white. But this one has a transparent black feel, so it's possible to wear just this and still look natural. It doesn't harden too much. It can be easily removed with a makeup remover. It doesn't smear.
Cons
It doesn't seem to have extremely strong hold. (As someone who considers curling important, the hold doesn't last. Over time, it drops a bit from how it looks right after application.)

This goes on well and when I apply another mascara on top, it definitely lasts longer and doesn't smear.

I've been using it for several bottles now, and it's truly amazing. It doesn't hurt my eyes at all, and it's such a breeze to use. It doesn't smudge at all. This is truly the best of the best. I've tried many mascaras, but none are as comfortable and good as this one.

Pros
Even though my eyelids are very oily and prone to smudging just from breathing, I applied this product and went for a workout, walked around in humid weather all day, and even attended a standing concert - but it didn't smudge at all! The staying power is amazing👏 My eyes are quite small and my eyelashes are on the longer side, so when I use mascara, it looks too dramatic and overbearing, but this product gives a natural look without that feeling.
Cons
-I bought it because YouTube reviews said it doesn't clump, but it clumps more than I expected. -The opening gets dirty easily. -The brush is on the larger side, so it's difficult to apply on the lower lashes.

Pros
While I do enjoy wearing makeup, with the COVID-19 situation, masks cover my entire face, leaving only my eyes visible. So I've been focusing my makeup efforts on just my eyes. That's why I bought the famous Hwahae Trial Reviewer product. Since it's so well-known, I decided to try it out, and the result was that it's less clumpy than regular mascara, which I liked. It has a very thin, watery consistency. However, due to the thin consistency, I did experience some clumping when applying it. Compared to regular mascara, there is almost no smudging or flaking with this product. In my opinion, the Etude House mascara is the best, as I found that it doesn't leave any powder fallout right after application, which I shared with my friends and recommended to them as well.
Cons
As for the longevity, hmm... it was just so-so. Just being a 'fixer' doesn't mean it lasts a long time. I noticed it started to sag and droop a bit over time.

The curling power of this fixer is the best!💕 My eyes are double-lidded, so all mascaras tend to droop over time, but when I use this fixer, the curling power of all of them lasts much longer! The brush is just right, so there's no smudging or transfer. The color is black, so even if I use it a lot, it doesn't harden into a white mess.
Cons
There's nothing bad about it!! It's the best product in terms of its fixing function.💕 I feel like it's similar to the Aritaum fixer, so I'm going to use them interchangeably.

The curl lasts quite long, it's super sturdy. Since it's black, it's great when I'm too lazy to apply mascara - I can just put on the fixer. I think it's also waterproof. My eyes tend to have makeup smudge easily, but this doesn't budge at all, it's really great.
Cons
Sometimes, if you apply it incorrectly... your eyebrows can turn gray... Definitely don't glob it on.
Tip
If you lightly apply it once and then reapply, the curl will last even longer. Always do two coats.

I tried my sister's and loved it so much that I bought it too. It lasts all day! The lashes stay the same as when I first put on my makeup! ღ'ᴗ'ღ As they are straight lashes, even after curling and applying mascara, there was always smudging under my eyes, but the fixative keeps the smudging much less!
Cons
I ordered the black one hoping to use it without mascara, but it doesn't seem to be as pigmented as the effect of mascara. (It's fine for a light makeup look, as you can get a bit of a mascara effect.)

Pros
Even though I used to have issues with my eyelashes smudging no matter what product I applied, this fixative product doesn't seem to smudge as much. It also has a bit more of a firm, long-lasting feel compared to regular mascara... If you're looking for a natural look or have trouble with smudging like I do, I'd recommend this product.
Cons
It's not really a downside, but since this is a fixative product, the lashes do get lengthened beyond their natural state, though not to the same degree as a lengthening mascara.
