This is perfect for when you want something lighter than mascara. It naturally defines your eyes and the black color makes it a great mascara alternative. I highly recommend using it before mascara for excellent staying power. When applied after using an eyelash curler, it maintains the curl beautifully. While I'm not sure if it's waterproof, it doesn't smudge even with tears!

I originally used a white fixer, but I didn't like how it turned white, so I bought this. Since this is black, it doesn't turn white, which I like. The natural color is nice, so I can use it lightly without mascara. It's also fine to use on its own!
Cons

Pros

It was really strong. ⭐ Color I wonder if I'm not using it properly. After applying the fixing spray and some time passing, I noticed my eyelashes had turned white. Compared to the Dr. Mascara Fixer for Super Long Lashes, this is much better in my opinion. The Super Long Lashes has fiber in it, so it does make the lashes longer, but it also clumps a lot and looks a bit messy. If you apply a lot, it dries white and hard after, so you need to be careful with the amount and application. On the other hand, the Dr. Mascara Fixer Black doesn't have any fibers, but it applies so lightly and neatly. There's no white residue after it dries, and since it's black, it just looks like you've lightly applied mascara. It gives the feeling of just enhancing your existing lashes... The hold is also great, so it does its job well. Mascara can sometimes flake or fall under the eyes when it dries, but that doesn't happen with this. I've been wearing this instead of regular mascara lately, and it doesn't smear even when I'm wearing a mask all day, which is great.
