Just buy it without a doubt The curl hold is really good, and it didn't budge even on rainy days by my standards. Plus, it applies evenly without clumping, and the color is a natural black - it's just gorgeous. You can even wear it on a bare face and it'll still look pretty.
Cons

Ah, this is completely satisfactory. When I use this, my eyes look much darker, like I've applied mascara. But it's lighter and doesn't clump, unlike mascara.
