It gives a slightly cool sensation on the scalp while shampooing. Above all, I appreciate that the ingredients are gentle on the hair.
ConsAfter washing, there's a feeling that the hair becomes a bit stiff. It's a bit of a hassle, but you need to use a conditioner afterwards.

It has a refreshing and gentle feel.
ConsThere's nothing particularly bad about it. I'm satisfied. However, I don't see a compelling reason to stick exclusively to this product.

Unlike other shampoos, it doesn't have that thick, creamy texture. While washing, a refreshing mint scent is released, giving a cool sensation to the scalp. After rinsing, it feels like it's stripped away excess oil, which could be great for those with oily scalps. My scalp is combination-dry, and I've been noticing more dandruff lately. I've been washing my hair daily with this shampoo.
ConsAs I have a dry scalp, it felt quite drying after washing. At first, I thought it was just an adjustment period due to switching shampoos. However, the dryness seemed to worsen over time. I typically don't use conditioner and rely solely on shampoo, but this natural shampoo felt different from the others I've used before.
TipThis shampoo seems well-suited for those with oily scalps. The fact that it's made with 99% natural ingredients suggests it might be less likely to cause allergic reactions compared to chemical-heavy formulas. For those with dry scalps who use a separate conditioner, this could still work well for you.

Being mint-scented, I was worried it might feel like brushing my teeth while washing my hair, but the fragrance isn't bothersome at all. It's incredibly refreshing. 2. In the past, when using natural shampoos, I always struggled to create lather, often using more than the recommended amount and patiently enduring the process of how long to foam it up. But this lathers so well, it's hard to believe it's a natural shampoo. 3. My scalp tends to be on the oily side, but using this leaves it feeling clean and refreshed.
ConsThe product is so gentle that even though I'm prone to frequent dermatological issues, I didn't experience any blemishes.

As for my scalp, I have long hair and occasionally experience some dead skin cells, but it's generally in good condition. Usage experience (cleansing effectiveness, scent, lather): - Having used only a moisturizing aloe natural shampoo for nearly a decade, this shampoo felt refreshing, perhaps due to its subtle mint fragrance. I usually dislike artificial-smelling shampoos with excessive foam, so I'm very satisfied with the moderate lather and scent. When I first dried my hair, the minty sensation was wonderfully cooling! - My previous natural shampoo sometimes left my hair feeling slightly damp after drying, requiring extra care. However, Dr. Alga's Rosemary Mint Shampoo seems to have excellent cleansing effectiveness. It leaves my hair feeling fresh and invigorated. - After shampooing, I intentionally skipped my usual treatment or conditioner, and surprisingly, my hair feels even softer! It's great to save time too. I also had my husband try it, as he has the opposite skin and scalp type (seborrheic dermatitis and regularly applies scalp medication): My husband absolutely can't use the moisturizing natural shampoo I use. His scalp becomes oily and itchy within 2-3 hours, causing discomfort. So he's been using a shampoo for oily scalps, despite its less-than-ideal ingredients. Fortunately, when he washed his hair in the morning and came home at night, he said it felt similar to his usual product. His current shampoo is strong and strips away all oil, leaving the scalp squeaky clean. If there's no difference in how it feels compared to his usual shampoo, we'll definitely switch to Dr. Alga's Rosemary Mint Shampoo with its better ingredients!
ConsThose who prioritize strong or pleasant fragrances in shampoos might be dissatisfied. However, if you're like me and dislike overpowering artificial scents, or if you've been using fragrance-free shampoos, you'll likely be pleased with this product.

I've been using it for about a week. My scalp isn't particularly sensitive, and even if I skip washing for a day (though it feels a bit icky), it doesn't get too greasy. I'm not a fan of sweet or strong scents, so I really appreciated the cool, mild herbal fragrance. The texture is a bit thin, but it lathers up nicely, making hair washing a pleasant experience. After rinsing, my scalp feels squeaky clean and refreshed. I had some blemishes popping up on my scalp, but they've calmed down significantly - though I'm not sure if it's due to the shampoo or just time. Overall, it seems like a versatile, easy-to-use shampoo that would work well for most people.
ConsBecause the texture is quite thin, I find myself using more of it compared to other shampoos. The label says 'rosemary mint', so I was expecting a powerful minty sensation, but the cooling effect isn't overwhelming - it's more like there's just a hint of mint. While I like how it leaves both my scalp and hair squeaky clean, some people might not appreciate that feeling on their hair.
TipI usually don't use conditioner, just hair essence, but when used together, I don't mind the squeaky clean feeling on my hair. If you rub the shampoo vigorously between your hands, it creates a rich, abundant lather!

Despite the minimal lather, it cleanses effectively, and the mint scent is refreshing and really helps control scalp odor. Even with just shampooing, there's a subtle feeling of softness, almost as if you've used a treatment. The fragrance might be polarizing... but I absolutely love it! While results may vary, I found my hair remained light and free of greasiness even the next day.
ConsNot recommended for those who dislike mint scents! Also not ideal for people who prefer shampoos that lather a lot.
TipIf you work up a lather on your crown and massage it in like you're doing a scalp massage, it almost completely eliminates any scalp odor!

First impression: The packaging is beautiful! Scalp type: I have a dry scalp with dead skin cells and dandruff. My hair is also damaged due to frequent coloring and perming. Ingredients: I heard it only uses naturally-derived ingredients. This shampoo is based on aloe vera and contains rosemary oil and spearmint oil. It's packed with great ingredients. Scent: It has a minty fragrance that's incredibly refreshing. I especially recommend using it in the morning - it leaves you feeling invigorated. Lather: Among the shampoos I've used, this one lathers exceptionally well. I love it! Cleansing effectiveness: It's on the gentler side. However, since I have a dry scalp, using a product with too strong cleansing power would actually make my scalp drier. I wash my hair every other day, and I didn't experience any oiliness. Overall experience: I'm generally satisfied with the pleasant scent and good lather. My hair doesn't feel stiff even without using conditioner. Recommendation: I'd recommend this to those with sensitive scalps. As a gentle, natural shampoo, it's perfect for those with sensitive skin on their scalp.
ConsAreas for improvement: 1. The quantity seems a bit small. It would be nice if there was a larger size available. 2. The regular price might be a bit steep for some people.

The fresh scent is so uplifting and puts me in a great mood!
ConsThere's absolutely nothing negative to say! I truly can't find any faults!
TipMake sure to rinse thoroughly behind your ears. I've noticed that skipping this area can lead to blemishes popping up there.

It might just be psychological, but it gives me this extra refreshing and cool sensation that feels so invigorating! What's great is that unlike some products that can cause a burning sensation to the point of skin irritation, this one doesn't do that at all. It's fantastic! Being acidic yet still lathering well, it really couldn't get any better!
ConsIt seems like the jojoba version goes on sale more often than this one. To be honest, this type of shampoo is a bit pricey, so I usually buy it when it's discounted. It's a shame that the mint version seems to be on sale less frequently. That's really my only gripe - I wish it would go on sale more often!
TipCompared to regular shampoos, if you use this one when your hair is a bit wetter, it really produces a rich lather. On the flip side, if your hair isn't wet enough, it barely lathers at all. Apart from that, everything else about it is great!
