While the minty sensation wasn't as strong as I expected, it felt more invigorating than the jojoba oil one - though that might just be my imagination. I love that this brand, which I've been using consistently, has great ingredients, lathers well, and now offers a wider range of options.
ConsThe thin consistency... I felt a bit disappointed every time I used it. But if you tell me to overlook it for the sake of the good ingredients, I suppose I can... After all, high-quality ingredients are my top priority!

With zero caution ingredients, zero allergens, and vegan certification, this product is very gentle without irritation, yet it lathers extremely well. The cooling effect is surprisingly minimal, almost unnoticeable, and there's no feeling of tightness after washing. Both the fragrance and color are neutral - unscented and colorless.
ConsSometimes it feels a bit pricey, but considering the ingredients and quality, it's not bad! I wish the packaging could be made a bit prettier. Overall score: 7.8 / 10

The large size allows for generous use without worry.
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness of the shampoo is weak. It's difficult to expect a clean finish.
TipShampoo twice for best results.

ConsI've been struggling terribly with seborrheic dermatitis and have spent a fortune on shampoos, but nothing seemed to work. I bought this product because I heard it was good, but even after a week of use, the itching on my scalp hasn't improved.
TipI don't think this product is suitable for me. I find it hard to recommend to those with scalp issues like mine.

The fragrance is nice, and it's not irritating to the scalp, which is great. I also loved how rich and foamy it lathers.
ConsI can't really think of any downsides. It's a product I'm quite satisfied with.

After using it consistently for three weeks, I was pleased that it left no residue after washing my hair. The routine of lathering up, massaging the scalp, waiting a few minutes, and then rinsing leaves you feeling refreshed. It's invigorating even without harsh ingredients. The biggest advantage is that it doesn't leave any residue, and the gentle formula causes almost no irritation.
ConsThe downside is that, possibly due to its organic nature, the scent doesn't linger. You can barely detect it, if at all. However, knowing that fragrances can often be irritating, I'm satisfied even without a lasting scent.

It doesn't irritate the scalp at all.
ConsFor some reason, I'm experiencing more hair loss with this. The jojoba shampoo from the same brand is much better. Don't buy this one.
TipIf you're concerned about hair loss, go for the jojoba version instead.

The ingredients are generally gentle.
ConsI rarely write reviews, but I'm making an exception for this product to warn others like me. My skin is sensitive, but I have a normal scalp and fine, straight hair that's prone to sun damage, tangling, and breakage. I've never had scalp issues or dandruff before. Switching to this shampoo has been a nightmare. For the first time, I'm experiencing scalp flaking, dandruff, and hair loss. The cleansing power is so weak that I need to use an excessive amount. No amount of scalp massage or double cleansing helps. It leaves my scalp feeling unclean and itchy, leading to dandruff and even scabs. The hair becomes stiff, and the company's treatment doesn't help either. The fragrance disappears immediately after washing. Detangling is a nightmare, causing significant hair loss even when using just my fingers. This shampoo and treatment are the worst I've ever used. Don't be fooled by the 'gentle ingredients' claim. It's overpriced with zero effectiveness. It's ruined my scalp and caused hair loss. I'll never use it again. To top it off, the product arrived in damaged packaging with broken seals, making me question their quality control.

I've now finished using it. While I can't say there's an immediate effect on hair loss, it's non-irritating with gentle ingredients and even has a cooling effect, making it great for summer use! Despite being a low pH shampoo, it doesn't leave hair feeling too stiff and lathers well.
ConsThere's nothing particularly disappointing about it. However, there wasn't anything exceptionally great either, so I think I'll stick with the Tea Tree Jojoba shampoo.

It looks great in the bathroom. Ingredients: I'm very particular about ingredients, and I was pleased that this shampoo doesn't contain any concerning ingredients and is all-natural. It's my first time using a natural shampoo, and it felt completely different from other shampoos - no irritation on my scalp at all, just a comfortable feeling. Scent: Without lathering, the eucalyptus scent from the bottle is quite strong. It's a refreshing aroma that clears your sinuses. I personally love this kind of scent, so I kept smelling it every time I washed my hair! Lather: I thought it might not lather well being natural, but it actually lathers really well. The foam is very rich and creamy. Oil Control: I have an oily scalp, so usually, oil starts to build up not long after washing. However, with this shampoo, oil doesn't appear as quickly compared to other shampoos. I was initially worried when I saw it was recommended for dry hair, but it seems to work well for me.
ConsScent Longevity: The scent is really nice, and I was even worried it might be too strong. But after washing my hair, the scent wasn't very noticeable. While lathering, you can smell a faint scent, but after rinsing, it's not the same as the initial scent and is quite weak. Maybe it's because it doesn't contain artificial fragrances? Well, I suppose that's a good thing for the ingredients. Price: As I received this as part of The Hwahae Testers program, the price wasn't an issue for me, but looking at it now, it is quite expensive.
TipI don't have any specific tips, but I'd recommend this to people who dislike strong scents and are looking for gentle products. I liked this shampoo so much that I plan to repurchase it when I run out!
