It didn't irritate my skin or eyes, and the effects were pretty good!
ConsThe amount and price make it a bit too expensive to use generously without worrying...

I also liked that it comes in a pump bottle, which is hygienic. After using it for just over a week, I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, but my skin does seem a bit brighter! The best part is that it doesn't irritate my very sensitive eyes at all! No stinging or burning sensation, which makes applying it so comfortable - that's definitely its biggest advantage!
ConsDespite the pump bottle, it was initially difficult to control the amount dispensed. The pump isn't smooth and requires a firm press, sometimes causing too much product to come out at once. The thick texture tends to pill badly if you don't apply it in multiple thin layers. It's a bit disappointing that you need to pat it in for quite a while for it to absorb completely.

I did use only a small amount though. What's fascinating about this product is that while the texture feels rich, it absorbs incredibly well. After application, it sinks in completely without leaving any greasiness! Also, there was absolutely no eye irritation or tingling sensation. As part of The Hwahae Testers, I applied it morning and night for about a week, and wow, my dark circles disappeared! While it might not be that dramatic, at least there were no side effects, so I plan to continue using it consistently.
ConsThe scent wasn't particularly pleasant. Other than that, I didn't find any notable drawbacks.
TipI appreciated that even when layering small amounts, it didn't cause any pilling.

To cut to the chase, there's no dramatic effect. But then again, what cosmetic product does? It probably helps prevent wrinkles from forming as a preventive measure. First off, you feel a warm sensation as soon as you apply it. I was unsure if it was safe for the eye area, but I didn't experience any irritation. My eyes didn't sting at all. It doesn't give an overwhelming sense of hydration, but it's like a thin film forms on your skin. It's more of a silicone-like layer, not a transparent, moisturizing one. I've been using it for just over a week now, and there have been no side effects. The effectiveness is still unclear. However, I've never really felt any particularly good effects from eye creams before. Some have even hurt my eyes, but this one at least keeps my eyeballs comfortable, which is a plus.
ConsI had amazing results with Kiehl's Vitamin C serum before, so I had high hopes for this one too. The vitamin serum had a tingling sensation and warmth when applied, and my skin looked fantastic the next day. I expected something similar this time... but I guess my expectations were too high, haha. It's just for the eye area, so how dramatic of an effect could it really have? Also, people with sensitive skin might find this difficult to use. Even though I have resilient skin, I can feel the warmth immediately when I apply it.

With vitamin C in it, the initial sensation was warm(?), which felt comforting. The next day after applying, my eye area seemed generally plumper, as if the wrinkles had smoothed out.
ConsWhile it's thick, it doesn't feel particularly hydrating. It's more of a matte texture... Those expecting something as moisturizing as Kiehl's eye cream (avocado) might be disappointed. When applied to smile lines, it tended to settle into the wrinkles.
TipThe quantity is sufficient for use around the eyes only. I'm considering repurchasing.

Let's be honest, no one uses eye cream expecting their wrinkles to magically disappear overnight, right? Most of us use it consistently over time as a preventative measure. For long-term use, I find that being mild and causing minimal irritation around the eyes is the most crucial factor when choosing an eye cream. In that regard, I've been using it for about a week with absolutely no milia or eye irritation. 2/ It has a smooth, cream-like texture that absorbs well. Just apply a thin layer, gently pat it a few times, and it's quickly absorbed. It doesn't cause any pilling when you apply base makeup or foundation over it. 3/ The scent is a refreshing citrusy aroma, like tangerines. It's not an artificial cosmetic fragrance, so even those sensitive to scents can use it without worry. 4/ The packaging is great. The pump dispenser allows for clean and easy use. You can control the amount dispensed, and I have no complaints about the pump packaging. 5/ Effectiveness: Honestly, I can't speak to its wrinkle-reducing abilities. Who expects dramatic wrinkle reduction after just a week of use? That's not something you'd see immediately with any eye cream. However, it definitely helps with dark circles. The morning after use, I noticed my under-eye area looked slightly brighter and the dark circles were less noticeable. Overall rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars I deducted 0.5 points considering the price. Checking online, the retail price is around $70, though you can find it for just over $60. Given the abundance of affordable eye creams these days, I did think it could be slightly cheaper. I'll definitely repurchase this. If you're looking for a gentle, lightweight yet not too light, fresh eye cream, I recommend trying it out at a nearby store before purchasing.
ConsAs mentioned earlier, considering the prevalence of budget-friendly options and direct purchases from overseas, some might find the price a bit steep. However, since you only need to use a small amount each time, one purchase should last 5-6 months or more. I plan to repurchase, viewing it as an investment in my skincare routine.
TipI use two pumps, applying a thin layer under the eyes and on the eyelids, then use any remaining product on smile lines and around the mouth. Also, refrigerate it! With the warm weather, applying the chilled cream feels amazing and refreshing.
