The vitamin C seems to be doing wonders for my skin health.
ConsWhen I first started using it, there was a slight tingling sensation, but I didn't experience any blemishes. As I continued to use it, the sensation subsided.

A little goes a long way! Oil Content: - As it's an eye serum, it's quite rich in oils. I even applied it around my mouth to target fine lines there! Application: - It absorbs beautifully, leaving the skin feeling deeply moisturized. When I wake up in the morning, I can really see how much brighter my eye area looks. It's amazing! That's the power of Vitamin C for you! Brightening Effect: Value for Money: - The only downside is the amount you get for the price. It's a shame because everything else is great, but this makes me hesitant about repurchasing. I've deducted one star just for this reason.
ConsThere's a warming sensation that can cause a burning or tingling feeling when applied. Those with super sensitive skin should take note of this.

ConsEven long after application, the cream tends to get on eyelashes. If it comes into contact with artificial tears or natural tears, it causes significant eye irritation. This makes it impossible to use in the morning, and even at night, extreme caution is necessary. I'm not sure about the ingredients, but the tingling sensation was too intense.
TipThis cream is excellent for eye area massages.

To cut to the chase, there's no dramatic effect. But then again, what cosmetic product does? It probably helps prevent wrinkles from forming as a preventive measure. First off, you feel a warm sensation as soon as you apply it. I was unsure if it was safe for the eye area, but I didn't experience any irritation. My eyes didn't sting at all. It doesn't give an overwhelming sense of hydration, but it's like a thin film forms on your skin. It's more of a silicone-like layer, not a transparent, moisturizing one. I've been using it for just over a week now, and there have been no side effects. The effectiveness is still unclear. However, I've never really felt any particularly good effects from eye creams before. Some have even hurt my eyes, but this one at least keeps my eyeballs comfortable, which is a plus.
ConsI had amazing results with Kiehl's Vitamin C serum before, so I had high hopes for this one too. The vitamin serum had a tingling sensation and warmth when applied, and my skin looked fantastic the next day. I expected something similar this time... but I guess my expectations were too high, haha. It's just for the eye area, so how dramatic of an effect could it really have? Also, people with sensitive skin might find this difficult to use. Even though I have resilient skin, I can feel the warmth immediately when I apply it.

Though I knew this, I didn't prepare in advance, and now I'm scrambling to pay attention to it~^^;; I received the new Vitamin C eye serum as a winner of <The Hwahae Testers> and tried it out. Usage period: July 28th to August 6th, a total of 10 days! Usage time: Before morning makeup for work, and before bed at night (twice a day) ♡Texture and Feel♡ I thought the eye serum would be thinner, but when I pumped it onto the back of my hand, I mistook it for an eye cream. It's that thick and rich, with a smooth texture that absorbs well. When applied, you can feel a slight richness, but it's not sticky. Instead, it feels nice as it doesn't leave any dryness. Also, when you pat it around your eyes after pumping, you can feel a slight warmth on your fingers and eye area~ You feel this when gently patting to absorb, but it's fine afterward. Somehow, the warmth makes it feel like you're getting a massage, doesn't it?? ^^ While using it, the scent isn't overpowering, but if you smell closely, you can detect a pleasant citrusy fragrance~ ♤Packaging♤ The pump-type packaging is hygienic and dispenses just the right amount, making it convenient to apply directly around the eyes~~ ☆Effects☆ Having used it for only 10 days, it's hard to say definitively, 'This is the effect~~'. Usually, I think you need to use a product for about a month, but compared to the eye creams and serums I've used before, it seems pretty good for just 10 days of use. It definitely feels like it's firming up the eye area when applied, but it's different from feeling tight~~ I apply it twice a day, morning and evening, and even during morning makeup, it doesn't cause pilling and stays in place. Also, after applying it generously twice a day for about a week, I could see that my previously deep eye wrinkles had faded ever so slightly~ It made me think that with consistent use, I might see more results.
ConsHmm~ Although it's said to have passed ophthalmological tests and doesn't irritate the eyes, I feel a very slight tingling sensation around my eyes some time after applying it. Is it just me?? ㅠㅜ The irritation isn't strong, just barely noticeable.
TipIt's recommended to use before essence, but due to the tingling sensation, I apply it after my essence. If you feel a tingling like I do, try applying it after other products.

I applied for this product with some confidence since it's from Kiehl's, and luckily I was selected to try it out. The texture is quite rich. It doesn't absorb smoothly, but rather feels like applying a thick cream to your eyes. However, it's moisturizing, so I didn't experience any dryness around my eyes. I've tried eye creams from Eucerin and AHC before, but this one feels the heaviest. I usually get blemishes on my eyelids when a product doesn't suit me, but despite its richness, this cream didn't cause any issues at all. They seem to promote it as good for dark circles due to its vitamin content, but honestly, I'm not sure about that effect. I think you'd need to use up the whole jar to really tell. For me, an eye cream passes if it doesn't cause any blemishes on the eyelids, and this one is good in that aspect. Plus, it keeps my skin moisturized until the next morning, which is great.
ConsPerhaps due to the vitamin content, it stings a bit when applied to the eyelids. So I only apply it under my eyes, which seems fine. I think it's because the skin around the eyes is quite delicate. Also, when doing eye makeup, even if I control oil with Innisfree No Sebum powder on my eyelids before applying eyeshadow, the eyeshadow still clumps up because of this eye cream. Given the stinging sensation and makeup issues, I think it's best not to apply it on the eyelids. It also stings when applied to the outer corners of the eyes. Lastly, I believe the full-size product costs around 70,000 won. It's not really worth buying at that price...
TipBecause it's so rich, you need to apply some pressure if you're using it on its own. I found it works well when I apply it right after toner, while my face is still slightly damp from the toner.
