This product has a clarifying effect on the face when used. Among the three Trilogy oils, I found this antioxidant one to be the best. It's suitable for oily skin and can be used in all seasons except summer. It has a somewhat natural scent... But that's the only drawback I can think of. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJun 26, 2022
Mix a couple of drops with your toner and apply to your skin for a non-greasy, deeply hydrating effect. As someone with combination skin, I felt a bit dry indoors even in summer, so I decided to add an oil to my skincare routine - and I'm quite satisfied with the results. This product helps address the deep dryness and dehydration that hyaluronic acid and other serums/ampoules couldn't quite tackle. It's worth noting that once opened, you should use it within 6 months and store it in a cool, dark place. Also, since the vitamin A in rosehip oil is sensitive to UV rays, always finish with sunscreen. These days, I'm concerned about smile lines and dehydrated skin, so I use it morning and night. Any leftover product works wonders on the neck too. Be careful not to apply too much, as it can stain clothes and surfaces yellow. Controlling the amount is crucial (for me, 2-3 drops mixed with toner was perfect - it didn't make my skin overly shiny, just left a nice glow). Avoid wearing light-colored clothes, especially around the neckline, as they can get stained yellow. Unfortunately, if staining occurs, there's no way to remove it. The method that worked best for me was mixing 2-3 drops with toner. Remember to always finish your morning skincare routine with sunscreen! - su********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJan 3, 2022
In winter, mixing a couple of drops with your night cream after cleansing seems to slightly fade freckles and provides great hydration If you accidentally use too much due to the dropper, your skin can end up looking overly shiny Contains a high concentration of vitamin C, so use only at night when there's no sun exposure - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 12, 2021
It gives a brightening effect on the face. I'm not entirely sure, but my complexion seems to have become more radiant. Since it's an oil, there's a possibility it might cause blemishes or similar skin issues. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 16, 2020
You can really feel your skin improving when you use this product consistently. The price is on the higher side, so you might want to stock up when you can. If you mix this gentle toner with a moderate amount of antioxidant oil to create an all-purpose toner, you'll maximize the benefits of the antioxidants in a short time. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinOct 3, 2020
I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive and prone to redness. I've been using rosehip oil since I heard it's good for skin like mine. The oil isn't too heavy, so it's great for mixing with emulsions or creams. Plus, the scent isn't overpowering. I'm using three products from this line, but I haven't seen any significant results. It does feel moisturizing and seems to help a bit with dryness, though. The price point is quite high. Next time I buy the full-size, I'll definitely need to wait for a sale. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 17, 2020
I've been using this product for three years now, ever since I first tried it in Australia! It's great to apply at night - my skin feels wonderfully hydrated the next morning. During the day, I've found it works well to mix a drop or two with my sunscreen. I can't really think of any downsides. It didn't cause any blemishes either. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 27, 2020
It's gentle and my skin feels comfortable. Even though I have sensitive skin, there's no itching or blemishes. After applying toner, using just this keeps my skin hydrated. The price is quite high. I wish they would have a sale. Nevertheless, it's an excellent oil. I apply it to the back of my hands and neck right after washing my face. It feels so soft and smooth, I love it! - ja*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 19, 2020
I used to use Trilogy Original, but being in my 30s, I was drawn to this one because of its antioxidant properties, so I decided to switch. As someone with blemish-prone skin when using rich oils, I personally found this to be more refreshing than the Original. The Original felt a bit heavy, so I didn't reach for it often. Except for the coldest winter days, I'm satisfied with this level of hydration. I have dry and super sensitive skin, and I'm so happy it doesn't cause any blemishes!!! The downside many people have mentioned about using it up quickly is so true... sigh. This oil works best when applied after toner or essence, the effects are definitely more noticeable!!!!!! - wo*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 26, 2020
I personally used this consistently every morning and evening, especially as the first step in my nighttime skincare routine. After about two weeks, everyone started commenting on how bright and radiant my skin looked. They kept asking what I was using because my skin seemed so clear, like porcelain. By the time I finished the bottle, my complexion had truly become more luminous. My routine was simple - after cleansing, I'd apply 2-3 drops to damp skin, followed by toner, essence, and moisturizer. If my skin felt particularly dry, I'd add another layer after my cream. Following this regimen for about two weeks, even I noticed how much clearer and brighter my face had become. That's why I repurchased it. If you're looking for both hydration and brightening effects, consistently using this antioxidant serum seems to really work wonders. - The scent is quite strong, like freshly pressed seeds. It might be off-putting at first, but it actually reassures me that it's free from artificial fragrances (now that I think about it, this could be a positive point). - The price... Considering the volume, it's a bit steep for me personally. However, when you think about its effectiveness, it's worth the investment!
