The fragrance is lovely, and it absorbs well into the skin while providing excellent hydration. I wish the volume was larger. It's only been two days since I bought it, but I feel like I've already used up a third of the product. - ro*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 14, 2023
I chose this because it's vegan and cruelty-free. It's not sticky and feels refreshing. My hands are quite damaged, so this isn't quite enough for me. I'll probably use it in summer or layer it with something else. Lightweight and absorbs well - bi**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 17, 2021
Texture - Ginger6's hand cream feels more like a hydrating gel compared to typical hand creams. You know how most hand creams tend to be quite thick? Well, this one has a relatively lighter feel, more like a hydrating gel or moisturizer. It might not come across well in photos, but those who dislike heavy hand creams will probably love this. What's really great is that it doesn't leave your hands feeling sticky after application. Scent - It has a fresh floral scent. To me, it's like a subtle blend of flower and grass scents - you know that smell when you walk into a flower shop? It's exactly like that. They call it a green floral fragrance, which seems to be trendy for hand creams these days. It's not your typical run-of-the-mill scent, and definitely not that old-fashioned cosmetic smell. I absolutely love it. It feels like a scent you'd find in expensive department store cosmetics or perfumes, as if crafted by a professional perfumer. There's really nothing to complain about. Even the price is good. Of course, some people might not like this particular scent, but that's subjective. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedAug 16, 2021
This hand cream has excellent hydrating power. However, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It's perfect for use from late autumn through early spring. The value for money considering the amount is a bit disappointing. It would be great if they could offer more promotional deals. - ju*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 13, 2020
Absorbs well & Hydrates effectively It's a lightweight cream formula that feels less oily! As a result, it absorbs very quickly, and I loved that it's not too slippery! I used to avoid applying moisturizers because I dislike the slippery feeling when holding pens, but this product doesn't have that issue at all, which is fantastic. It's the perfect hand cream - refreshing yet moisturizing. Plus, my hands were cracked and stinging, but after applying this before bed, the cracks were completely healed by the next morning... It seems really great for replenishing moisture. Fragrance The description mentions a green floral scent, and it's truly wonderful. It's like a wildflower fragrance? Or the scent of a flower shop? The scent is so good that I'm applying this hand cream three times a day just to smell it. If you love green floral scents, you absolutely must buy this! While it's a bit disappointing that the fragrance doesn't last very long... this is a hand cream, not a perfume after all! The subtle fragrance and simple packaging make this a great gift option for men. - wl**********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 29, 2020Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

I discovered the brand Ginger6 through this opportunity, and I've been using it diligently for over a week before writing this review. As the summer heat fades and the cool breeze sets in, I'm someone who can't live without hand cream. I've always been a hand cream nomad, trying various products without finding the perfect one. My hands are so dry that I even use hand cream in summer, always opting for rich formulas as I couldn't imagine using anything light. However, trying the Ginger6 hand cream through The Hwahae Testers program has been a game-changer. The texture isn't thick at all! It's incredibly hydrating without being sticky, and it doesn't leave my hands feeling dry. You know how rich formulas are great for moisture but hard to spread evenly and can feel greasy? Especially those fingerprints on your phone after applying hand cream - I'm not the only one, right? Well, this product has a beautifully soft texture that spreads evenly and doesn't leave any greasy residue on your phone or other items. I'm completely satisfied with this aspect! I thought it might be unscented due to the all-white packaging, but it has a lovely floral scent, similar to acacia. Hand creams can be off-putting if the scent is too strong, but this subtle floral fragrance is really uplifting. Long story short, I've found my go-to hand cream for this winter! There's not much to say about downsides as I don't really have any complaints. However, as someone who uses a ton of hand cream (especially nowadays with frequent hand washing), I always have hand cream with me at home too. So, I wish they would release a larger size for home use. That being said, the current size is perfect for carrying around! - so********Normal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 29, 2020Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

Hydration: It creates a moisture barrier, leaving the skin feeling hydrated without being slippery or excessively sticky. Scent: The fragrance is a fresh floral scent. My boyfriend even noticed a slight gingery note, which is impressive considering he usually isn't very perceptive about these things. He picked up on it without knowing ginger was an ingredient. If you're sensitive to fragrances or don't enjoy spicy scents, you might want to avoid this product. The longevity doesn't seem particularly impressive, and the scent might be polarizing for some users. That's the result of carrying it around every day! Skin type: As someone who loves cooking and has hyperhidrosis, I'm always dealing with hand cream and eczema. Those with hyperhidrosis know it's not just about excessive sweating - when it's dry, it's extremely dry... and oddly enough, when you apply something, it gets clammy. Usually, if a cream isn't heavy, it doesn't moisturize well, but if it's too heavy, it's too greasy. I was a hand cream nomad because of this! Texture: Ginger6 has the perfect emulsion-like consistency. It feels like you could almost apply it to your face! The hydration lasted much longer than I expected. Scent: And the smell! It's a subtle, natural fragrance - kind of like a forest scent. I personally love this scent, and 3-4 people around me kept asking what it was and commenting on how good it smelled every time I applied it! It's hard to find fault with a hand cream that's lightweight yet deeply moisturizing - it's a first for me. If I had to nitpick, maybe the packaging? It came in a box, inside a plastic wrap, inside another box, with the hand cream finally inside that. I know it's better not to have it shipped and that they're just ensuring it's well-protected, but maybe they could cut down on either the plastic wrap or the outer box. You might think packaging isn't relevant to a product review, but I believe packaging is part of the overall product experience! I'm sorry, Earth... Apart from that, after using it for almost two weeks, I haven't found any downsides! I'm definitely considering repurchasing. Since it comes in a generous size, I've been applying it frequently to dry areas like my elbows and knees too! It's so gentle and has such great ingredients that I think it could double as a body emulsion. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedSep 28, 2020Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

It feels very moisturizing, like applying a hydrating cream. It glides on smoothly and quickly absorbs into the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated. Absorption: It absorbs extremely well. Although I tend to pat hand creams into my skin, with other creams I often feel a residue on my hands. This one doesn't require prolonged absorption, which I find very satisfying. Moisturizing effect: Unlike thicker hand creams that can feel dry quickly and require reapplication, this one keeps my hands feeling moisturized for a long time after just one application. The product description claims it deeply hydrates the skin for long-lasting moisture, and it truly delivers on that promise. Scent: Given its name 'Ginger6', I was worried about the fragrance, especially seeing 20% ginger extract in the ingredients. But surprise! It has a fresh, pleasant scent. Is it grassy? Floral? A cool woody scent? The fragrance is my favorite aspect! Packaging: Good size and grip. It's neither too long nor awkwardly small, making it convenient to carry around. The packaging design is simple yet attractive. I didn't find any particular downsides. I generally use any hand cream without issues, so I used this one comfortably. Some reviews mentioned concerns about ingredients, so those with sensitive skin might want to consider carefully before purchasing, as it's a product applied to the body. My only personal wish is that it came in a larger size, or if they could release a body emulsion with this fragrance. It might not qualify as a pro tip, but I apply hand cream to my feet and heels before bed. (I tend to use hand cream liberally, like a body lotion.) I find foot creams too heavy and oily, taking too long to absorb. I don't like getting it on my bedding, and I'm not fond of sleeping with socks on, so I generally avoid foot creams. This hand cream, however, absorbs well and quickly hydrates deep into the skin, so I occasionally use it when my feet feel dry! Given its price, I feel a bit reluctant to use it on my feet regularly, so I only apply it occasionally when I think of it. - ca**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 28, 2020Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

However, being so delicate means it doesn't last very long. Since I have very dry hands and use it frequently, this wasn't a big issue for me. The texture is quite different from what you'd expect in a typical hand cream. It's closer to a gel than a cream, with a slightly opaque color that doesn't look like your average hand cream. The absorption is fantastic - it's not sticky at all and sinks in incredibly fast. I love how it feels both moisturizing and light, leaving my skin feeling hydrated yet non-greasy! While I don't have any complaints about the product itself, I do find the price a bit steep for the amount you get, which is somewhat disappointing.
