Pros
This product has great staying power when applied over lipstick, and what I love most is that the lip makeup looks beautifully diffused! The adherence also feels nice and plump, and I'm very satisfied.

Pros
This product provides both moisturizing and a soft, powdery feel when applied. When I apply a tint on top, it adheres well and the longevity is significantly improved.
Cons
If you still have visible lip flakes, using this product won't be very effective. Also, when applying a water-based tint on top, putting on too much at once can make it feel a bit floating. And even though I bought it at the duty-free shop, the price still seems a bit steep for the amount you get.
Tip
If you let it dry a bit and then apply another tint or lipstick on top and let that dry as well, the overall longevity seems to last much longer.

Pros
Applying a matte lipstick over a primer lipstick will make it adhere better and give a more polished look. It's almost like the color payoff you see in online swatches. Once you use this, you won't be able to do your lips without it haha. After applying, the primer lipstick itself adheres matte on the lips. You can then apply the lipstick on top of that.
Cons
Rather than disappointing, the key is to be careful as the formula is quite soft, so never scoop out all of it at once. Just take out a small amount as needed.
Tip
Doing a lip scrub the night before, applying a hydrating lip balm, and then doing your lip makeup the next day after applying the primer lipstick will give you 100% satisfaction! ^^

I got hard-sold at the Mac store, but I don't regret it at all ㅠㅠ Of course, the price is a bit steep compared to the amount, but the synergy with Mac lipsticks is just too good, I can't quit it ㅋ I haven't used the Retro Matte line, so I'm not sure, but from the Matte line onwards, I've been applying them without realizing they're matte lipsticks~ When I used lip balms before, there was a slightly floating feeling, but this product adheres well and the staying power is better than when I didn't apply it! There's also less emphasis on flaky skin, and even though I have a lot of lip wrinkles, it helps to improve that a bit. I used to constantly bite my lips all year round, but now I barely bite them at all ㅋㅋ I first bought it in May and repurchased it in August, and I'm using it well. It's in a slim stick form that you just twist and apply, so you can easily swipe it on without any special skills! The only thing to be careful about is that if you apply too much, it can easily break, so just a little bit that touches the lips!😊 Also, while this is a Mac primer, it works great with lip products from other brands too! I highly recommend you give it a try🙌 ➡️ Ingredients: Given how great the performance is, I thought it must be loaded with bad ingredients! I've been using this product consistently for years. As someone with a lot of lip flakiness, I was hesitant to wear matte lipsticks, but when I tested it at the store, the sales associate applied a lip primer first and then the lipstick. To my surprise, the matte lip products adhered seamlessly to my dry, cracked lips and went on smoothly. The flakiness and fine lines just disappeared - it was a whole different experience from just using a lip balm. Before, when I'd try to layer a balm over matte lipstick, it would ruin the look, and I'd wonder why I even bothered with the matte in the first place. But now, I always use this primer before my matte lipstick - it's a holy grail product for me!
