Pros
At first, when I used this along with the TEWL TATI Cica Toner, the combination worked well and it felt good to apply, and my skin seemed to be improving, so I had high expectations...but..?
Cons
After a few days, cystic acne started popping up, so I had to stop using it. When I stopped using this and just used the TEWL TATI Toner, the acne went away...? And a few weeks later, it became a waste that I couldn't use it anymore, so I've been applying it to my neck and legs... but my neck is itchy and it's coming up like an allergy ㅠㅠㅠㅠ It seems like this product just doesn't suit me. And I think oily products don't agree with me either - this one felt a bit too oily to me.
Tip
I'm sure there are people who it works well for.. I heard it pairs nicely with the TEWL TATI Cica Toner...? I'd recommend using them together.

✔️ As a toner, the application was certainly smooth and easy. ✔️ I really liked that it had virtually no scent! It was almost fragrance-free! ✔️ The watery, serum-like texture was great, and I felt it provided better hydration than other toners! ✔️ After application, my skin had a nice, dewy glow! The radiance was really nice when I had my makeup on as well!

❗️Compared to other toner products, the hydration wasn't bad, but I didn't feel it effectively addressed dryness. ❗️It felt a bit sticky... Even after just one application, there was a slight tacky feeling, and when I used it 2-3 times, it became overly sticky. ❗️After using it about 2 times, I developed some small blemishes the next day... ❗️For my skin, it didn't seem to absorb very well, and rather than infusing moisture into my skin, it just sat on the surface.

The finish is also light and fluffy, so I understand why it's called a moisturizing toner!! The case? The bottle itself is simple and transparent, so you can see how much product is left, which is great. The product instructions say to apply it with your hands? 📌 I have combination skin with dehydration and my sensitive skin is prone to breakouts if I use products incorrectly. I usually don't have any trouble, but I get one or two breakouts occasionally due to the products. 📌 Texture - The texture seemed to be somewhere between a water toner and a runny toner. As someone who usually prefers water toners, I liked that it wasn't too thick. 📌 Usage - Since I'm used to wiping with a water toner, I first soaked a cotton pad with the Chamomile toner and wiped it on. I then used my hands to pat the toner on my face one more time in the evening after cleansing. After that, I applied the serum and cream. 📌 Pros - First of all, the dehydration issue was definitely resolved. The texture wasn't too runny either, so it was easy to apply with a cotton pad. Also, I felt like it had more of a serum-like effect than a typical toner.
Cons
1. While the dehydration was resolved, I ended up getting some troublesome breakouts, not just small ones, but larger, cystic ones under the skin. The initial experience was great, but due to the breakouts, I had to stop using it and go back to my water toner. 😥 However, if you don't have sensitive skin, it might not be an issue. 2. The cap! First, the essence. The formula was better than a serum, as it didn't drip as much, and as a moisturizing toner, it was very hydrating. The finish feels a bit sticky, but also fluffy at the same time. I think these are the main pros.

When I first used it, I felt it was hydrating but also irritating... Since my skin is dry, I thought it might be the reason, so I tried it for a few more days, but the irritation persisted. The essence-type toner has a flowing, watery texture. I was worried it would be sticky like Hadarat, since it's called 'Chamara', but there was no stickiness at all, which I really liked. When I used a water-based toner before, it felt a bit drying, but this one is nicely moisturizing and applies smoothly without any dryness.
