Since it has a runny, watery texture, it flowed down heavily when applying it to my skin, which was a bit disappointing.
Also, since it's not a quickly absorbing formula, I don't think it's suitable for using as a cleansing toner.
Instead, I found it works better as a hydrating toner to use after cleansing.

True to its name, the Chammatoner was a thick, viscous toner. It was not quite a typical toner, nor was it a light essence - it occupied a unique space in between. The scent was not overpowering, and the somewhat heavy-duty texture was initially a bit daunting. However, to my pleasant surprise, the actual application left a refreshing feel on the skin. These days, I tend to reach for this product in the evenings after cleansing, especially during the drier seasons, rather than using it in the mornings before going out.

It's better to absorb it with your hands by patting, rather than using a cotton pad. If you repeat this process multiple times, the skin will become nicely plump, making it a good toner to use before makeup.
