  Pros

  This toner has a viscous, mucus-like texture. It doesn't slide off when applied, absorbs well with a nourishing feel, and isn't irritating. I'm definitely considering repurchasing.

  Pros

  I tried a sample and then bought the full-size product. It's really great for hydration, even in the dead of winter, and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. The amount you get is generous, so I've been using it for quite a while. Despite its sticky texture, which is probably due to the horse oil, it absorbs quickly and feels great. As someone with extremely dry skin, finding the right skincare products can be challenging, but I think I've found a keeper with this one.

  There's nothing I dislike about it. The amount is generous, so please don't let it go out of stock!

  Tip

  After cleansing, I don't dry my face. Instead, I spray on some mist, then apply this product. It definitely seems to help the hydration last longer.

  As someone with slightly oily skin, I think this would work well in both winter and summer! The texture is a bit thicker for a toner, but it absorbs well without leaving a greasy feeling. It glides on smoothly and doesn't feel heavy on the skin.

  I wouldn't recommend using this with cotton pads or for refining skin texture. Something lighter might be better for those purposes.

  - Duration of use: 1-2 weeks, during the transition from winter to spring ✔️Skin condition: I have combination dehydrated skin that's prone to deep dryness but also produces a lot of oil. I prefer skincare products that address deep dryness rather than adding more oil to my face. ✔️Texture: It truly lives up to its 'runny nose' texture. However, as you spread it, it quickly becomes water-like and absorbs well. This makes it perfect for mornings - it's not heavy at all, and you can hydrate your skin quickly with just this toner. ✔️Hydration: It's definitely more hydrating than water-based toners. It's especially effective at combating deep dryness on dry days. As mentioned earlier, it absorbs quickly, making it great for busy mornings when you need to tackle dryness fast. ✔️Scent: It's fragrance-free! As someone who doesn't like scented products, especially in toners, this is a huge plus for me.

  Cons

  ✔️Texture: As mentioned, the 'runny nose' texture can be great for providing hydration to combination dehydrated or dry skin types in winter. However, it might feel too heavy and uncomfortable for those with oily skin or combination dehydrated skin in hot, humid weather. ✔️Price: The regular price is 27,000 won for 300ml. Given its runny texture, the product seems to run out a bit quickly. As a student, I find the price a bit steep. ✔️Packaging: The back of the bottle states that it's difficult to recycle. While the product does come in a box, showing some environmental consideration, I think there's room for improvement in making the actual container more eco-friendly. This is why I've listed it as a drawback.

  I initially tried using this product with cotton pads, but even with thin cotton, it didn't showcase its key feature of having a 'runny nose' texture. It applied more like a water-based toner, so I don't recommend using this product with cotton pads!

  I've been using this for a while now since I received it! First off, I really appreciate the gentle and high-quality ingredients. I heard it was called 'yam essence' and that it was sticky, so I was worried it might be like natto, but it's not like that at all. It comes out with a slight viscosity at first, but as soon as you massage it into your skin, it quickly dissolves and absorbs well. I didn't find it off-putting at all. For me, the absorption was pretty good, and it left my skin feeling hydrated. The fragrance-free formula was also a plus, causing no irritation. Best of all, it didn't cause any blemishes, which is fantastic! Another great feature is the dispenser - it doesn't leak from the sides, and product doesn't accumulate around the cap, making it clean and convenient to use.

  Cons

  There weren't really any downsides! The texture might be a bit divisive, but that's about it.

  It might be a bit challenging to use this as an exfoliating toner, right?

  Texture - 👍 It has a nice, thick consistency that's not too runny, which is great for those who like to pat in their toner. As someone with super sensitive skin, I've stopped using exfoliating toners and switched to patting method, so I really like this texture. It's a bit... mucus-like? Haha! Thinner than an ampoule though. Application - It applies smoothly and I'm satisfied. Absorption - It doesn't absorb lightning-fast, but that's due to the texture. While it's not a quick-absorbing formula, it's not slow either - it sinks into the skin well! I pat it in vigorously, so it wasn't an issue for me. Might not be ideal for those who prefer super-fast absorbing watery formulas. Hydration - 👍 Compared to other toners, this one is really moisturizing. I have combination dehydrated skin with oily tendencies, and this toner helps somewhat with my deep dryness. Ingredients - 👍 They're good! Hydration: As someone with combination dehydrated skin, tackling that deep dryness is crucial. It's a nightmare when your skin gets oily on top but feels tight underneath.
