It was great to feel the hydration. The rich texture seems to help my super sensitive skin.
ConsThe application feel wasn't great. It's too sticky. You need to apply it at night to avoid pilling.
TipIt's best to mix it with other emulsions when applying. After extracting a blemish, apply generously with a cotton swab.

After trying Atopalm MLE cream and wash as part of The Hwahae Testers, I was so impressed that I've been buying it with my own money for several rounds. Now it looks like I'll be purchasing the Panthenol cream too. Due to the winter weather, I had been mixing pure panthenol with the Atopalm MLE cream, and lo and behold, they've come out with this product! While the MLE cream sometimes caused a slight tingling sensation on extremely dry facial skin, the Panthenol cream applies smoothly without any discomfort. This must be due to panthenol's soothing and hydrating properties. The texture isn't drastically different, but while the MLE feels like whipped cream, the Panthenol version has a smoother cream consistency. The photo shows the back of my calf where dry skin had led to circular scratch marks. After diligently moisturizing with the Panthenol cream, the area appears much improved.
ConsFor morning makeup application, you'll need to apply a very small amount or spread it thinly. Due to my dry skin, I tend to apply a generous amount of cream. Right after application, it feels plump and bouncy like mochi skin, which is great. However, because my skin lacks hydration, once I'm exposed to heater air, the moisture evaporates, leaving behind excess oil. This causes my makeup to slide and leaves fingernail marks. To be fair, this is mostly due to my skin's extremely dehydrated condition. So I'm just being extra careful about this aspect.
TipFor body application, I apply it right after showering when my skin is still damp. For face and neck, I layer multiple layers of toner and essence before sealing in the hydration with this cream mixed with a bit of oil as the final step. This helps the moisturizing effect last longer.

The itchiness makes me want to touch it, and then trouble also arises. Anyway, the dry skin is tired both in summer and winter. My child also has atopic dermatitis, and in the winter, the child also has a hard time. It keeps getting dry and scratchy. At those times, it seems there is no product like Atopicfam. I've been using it since my child was young, and after trying Mle cream, I tried the Atopicfam panthenol cream for the first time, and this is a perfect item for extremely dry skin in winter. It feels like a moisture barrier is instantly created. The texture is thick and has a slightly watery Greek yogurt-like feel. When applied, it feels very moisturizing, but there is a sense of a slight film forming on the skin. I went to the dermatologist and had laser treatment, and I think this is perfect for aftercare. Usually after laser, the skin gets dry, right? After applying this and sleeping, there was no dryness at all, and it was so soft. The soothing effect is amazing. I highly recommend this after dermatological procedures!!!
ConsThe formulation has a slightly thick texture on the skin. You need to pat it in well to absorb it. If you just apply it haphazardly and do your makeup, the makeup is likely to cake.
TipReal if you pound it for a long time and absorb it well, there is not even 1 degree of skin dryness! Amazing!

They have atopic dermatitis, but their skin isn't particularly dry. Usually, I just finish with an emulsion. After winning this product, I applied the cream directly without using an emulsion. I thought it might be heavy and leave a sticky finish, but I was surprised at how well it absorbed and how fresh it felt! The texture is a bit thicker than an emulsion when applying, but it absorbs so well that it's a pleasure to use. My older child usually gets itchy with richer products, but this one was perfect. In winter, I carry a small bottle of emulsion to apply to the kids' faces when we're out. This product is just the right size, and I think it'll be great to carry around and use on my hands too. Oh, and the absorption is so good that I think we can use it all year round, regardless of the season!
ConsThe kids loved it, so even though I have blemish-prone combination dehydrated skin, I tried it on myself because the texture felt light. I usually don't use creams much as I prefer lighter formulas, but recently my cheeks have been dry and showing fine lines. So I gave it a try. I applied serum, then this cream, and followed with cushion foundation... but it pilled! I thought I'd let it absorb enough, but on my face, it felt like it was creating a film. Because of this, I'm deducting one star.
TipI think it would be great as a final step in a nighttime routine for the face, and it seems like a product that could be used all over the body, in all seasons, without feeling too rich.

With its high panthenol content, it's excellent for soothing. The ingredients are gentle, and it's perfect for creating a moisturizing barrier.
ConsAfter application, it forms a film that can cause makeup to pill. Sometimes it comes off like dead skin cells. Since it's a formula that absorbs quickly, some people might find it drying.

It definitely seemed to help calm my skin.
ConsThe texture is a bit thick, which can lead to some pilling when applied.
TipIt's probably best to use this as the final step in your skincare routine.

ConsIt doesn't feel deeply hydrating, more like it's just coating the surface. It might be better to layer hydrating products first and use this as a finishing touch. It's a bit thick... and there's a slight feeling of pilling

Even six months postpartum, my skin hadn't returned to normal. I was only using the Zeroid emulsion prescribed by my doctor, but it left my skin constantly dry, requiring multiple applications daily. Then I tried the Atopalm Panthenol Cream, and wow - it was a game-changer for hydration! I can't believe I struggled for so long before finding this. Initially, I was hesitant due to my sensitive skin, but since it's from the same company as Zeroid and claims to help with itching and facial redness, I decided to give it a shot. As mentioned, the hydration was instantly satisfying, and I experienced no adverse reactions. In fact, the itching and redness noticeably improved! I'm amazed that a non-medicated cream could be so effective - it deserves more than five stars! Plus, it works wonders on my twins' skin after bath time. The fact that it's suitable for both me and my babies makes it absolutely perfect. I'm beyond satisfied!
ConsBeing a deeply hydrating cream, it feels a bit thick and heavy when applied. Those with oily skin might find it even more so. It could potentially feel too heavy under makeup and might cause pilling. However, given its hydrating properties, I found it acceptable for my needs.
TipFor those who find it too heavy for the entire face, try applying it to areas prone to dryness like the neck, around the mouth, or elbows. It could help prevent wrinkles and provide intense hydration in these spots. That said, it feels a bit wasteful to use it just in small areas - I'd love to slather it all over my face!

Thick consistency but absorbs well. The texture is so rich it holds its shape when squeezed from the tube, but it spreads easily and absorbs well. It has good application and feels smooth. Being a cream, it might be a bit heavy for summer use! Perfect for winter and seasonal transitions though. 2. Effectiveness In winter, the area around my mouth became particularly itchy and red. Even with moisturizers and sleeping packs, it was still irritated. After applying the Atopalm Panthenol Cream, the itching and redness subsided! It's great to apply on problem areas before bed after showering. Be careful not to over-apply as it can feel a bit rich. I recommend using it moderately at night only. It tends to cause some pilling when applied in the morning before makeup. 3. Scent It has a slight herbal or pine needle scent. It's perfect for me as I dislike artificial floral scents, but this might vary depending on personal preference.
ConsIt can cause some pilling when applied in the morning under makeup. However, if you apply it at night and cleanse in the morning before makeup, that area won't be itchy and makeup applies well.
TipIt's effective when applied to any areas needing relief from itching or requiring hydration, not just the face. As someone who washes their hands frequently, I'm satisfied with how this panthenol cream fills in where hand cream falls short.

I prefer products with good ingredient compositions. This has a typical ointment texture, but the hydration is super strong. It's my first time using panthenol, so I was a bit worried, but there's no discomfort at all. Honestly, the scent is similar to L'Occitane and Estée Lauder - it's more of an ointment smell rather than an artificial fragrance. (I usually dislike scented products and don't use any fragranced body products or perfumes). Other reviews mentioned a medicinal smell, but I don't detect that at all - I'm actually surprised. When applied to the body, it absorbs much better and isn't sticky. It's great as a night cream. The tube packaging is so convenient.
Cons✗ Absorption is slow on the face. No matter how thinly I apply it, it turns white as I rub it in. I usually build up my skincare routine with hydrating layers before moving on to base makeup, but when I only changed the cream in my existing routine, my makeup pilled a bit. However, if I only apply the cream, my skin feels dry.
Tip! There's a high chance of pilling when used with other skincare products before makeup, so it's recommended to use after minimal, lightweight skincare. Personally, I find it works really well on the body.
