Adult use: For combination dehydrated skin, it absorbs well without pilling even when applying makeup after daytime use. It has a pleasantly bouncy texture and doesn't feel suffocating, allowing the skin to breathe. It's fragrance-free and non-irritating, making it comfortable to use. 2. Child use: I used this with my 22-month-old baby. After bathing, it's usually uncomfortable to dress babies after applying sticky, heavy creams, but this absorbs well, making it easy to put clothes on. My baby has dry skin, so I applied extra moisture to folding areas like wrists, ankles, and the back of the neck, and I'm satisfied with the results.
ConsOne evening, when my skin felt extremely dry, I reapplied it multiple times after cleansing. The next day, I noticed some minor blemishes. I think this happened because I have combination dehydrated skin, and the product was too rich for the oilier areas. It's best not to apply it too heavily or in thick layers. When I switched to applying it in thin layers, I didn't experience this issue again.
Tip1. For babies, I recommend frequent application on dry areas! However, adults with oily areas should be cautious about reapplying too often, as it may cause blemishes! 2. When used during the day, applying a thin layer provides good hydration without causing makeup to pill!

However, those with oily skin might find it heavy and suffocating. For dry skin, this seems to be the ultimate cream. I love that it's made with ingredients gentle enough for babies, so it's reassuring to use even on sensitive skin.
ConsThe heavy and slightly suffocating feeling is probably unavoidable due to its rich texture and moisturizing properties, which is a bit disappointing. After using it for two days, a small blemish popped up on my chin on the first day.
TipFor dry skin, it's best to apply it in thin layers.

I was worried it might be super sticky, but to my surprise, it absorbs quickly, leaving a silky sensation. The best part is there's absolutely no stickiness. While it might not be enough for extremely dry skin, it should work well for normal to dry skin types. In the dead of winter, when it's freezing and windy, even those with combination dehydrated or oily skin might benefit from applying a thin layer without it being too much.
ConsThe scent... the scent is really off-putting. I consider fragrance important in facial products because you smell it all day long, which can be exhausting. I usually prefer products with pleasant scents or no fragrance at all, but this smell makes me reluctant to apply it. Moreover, after using this, I suddenly experienced itching and red, hive-like bumps. Of course, this could just be my skin's reaction...

We've been using this Panthenol cream together since early winter when it started getting dry. My skin becomes extremely dry and sensitive in winter, and regular creams just don't cut it. That's why I buy the Atopalm Panthenol cream for dry, sensitive, and hyper-reactive skin when winter comes. Above all, its hydration power is top-notch. I think the best way to judge a cosmetic product is to try it out yourself.
ConsThose with oily skin should be cautious. I recommended it to my sister, but she said it caused blemishes due to her oily skin type.
TipIf you have dry skin like me, I suggest applying the MLE cream first, then waiting about 5 minutes. If you feel certain areas need extra hydration, you can add a layer of the Panthenol cream on those spots.

The day after using it for brightening, I noticed my skin had a slightly pale, porcelain-like appearance, probably due to some residue. Since a skincare YouTuber recommended it, I believe it must be effective.
ConsI'm not sure if it's actually soothing or regenerating my skin, and it doesn't seem to suit my skin type, so I'm not reaching for it often. I spent a lot on this, but I probably won't repurchase. If I apply a thin layer it's okay, but if I put on even a slightly thicker layer, I wake up with small blemishes the next day.

My skin completely flared up... The itching was so intense it woke me up in the middle of the night
ConsMy face is in total chaos. It's itchy and swollen... The swelling still hasn't gone down. I'm not sure if it's because of the panthenol or what. I have sensitive skin, but I usually tolerate most products well. After using this twice, it's going straight to storage...
TipTest it gradually: start with your wrist, then neck, before applying to your face

On the first day of use, my skin felt incredibly smooth.
ConsAfter one application, my skin felt dry, so I applied it twice. But in the early morning, my face became itchy and swollen with redness... It seemed like an allergic reaction. I'm so disappointed because I bought this expensive cream thinking it was a regenerating cream safe even for babies.

Thanks to generously applying this cream all over their bodies, we've managed to get through the dry season without any flaking or dead skin cells, and without needing to rely on oils.
ConsAs someone with combination dehydrated skin, I tried using this cream in the mornings when I was in a rush. Unfortunately, it caused my pores to clog and led to itching. I'm puzzled as to why this happened, given the good ingredients.

Usually, I use a hydrating cream to address the deep dryness and finish with a moisturizing cream. The U-zone, especially around the mouth, gets very dry, so I've been applying panthenol ointment from the pharmacy on top. Scent: It's not completely unscented, but has a subtle herbal aroma. Personally, I love grassy scents. I liked how the cream made me feel comfortable not just physically, but mentally as well. Texture: It's a highly moisturizing cream containing 10% panthenol, with a slightly thick and rich texture. Application and absorption: It melts well with skin temperature, allowing for smooth and even application. As it's a deeply hydrating cream, those with oily skin might experience some oiliness, so it's best to apply a thin layer. — After-use review: Among highly moisturizing creams, many felt heavy and suffocating, just sitting on the skin's surface. However, the Atopalm Panthenol Cream absorbs well into the skin, making it feel comfortable. It effectively retains the moisture that's already absorbed, fulfilling its role as a moisturizer. Especially for the deeply dry area around my mouth where other moisturizers had little effect, and where I had to apply additional pharmacy panthenol ointment, the Atopalm Panthenol Cream alone solved the problem!
ConsWhen I applied it generously around my mouth area due to dryness, small white comedones appeared. It seems careful control of the amount is necessary.
TipI've heard that using niacinamide along with panthenol can enhance the effects. If you're using a niacinamide product, try using it together with the Atopalm Panthenol Cream for that coveted glowing skin!

With its high panthenol content, it's perfect for applying when your hands are chapped. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it absorbs, leaving no sticky feeling.
ConsThere's a white cast that requires quite a bit of rubbing in. It also feels a bit heavy on the skin. While it was fine for me, when my child used it, they developed what looked like contact dermatitis - their skin turned red and itchy. It might be due to the high panthenol content. It doesn't suit my child, though it seems okay for me as an adult.
TipIt seems that a high panthenol content isn't always beneficial. My child's skin turned red and itchy. If you're considering this for children, I wouldn't recommend it.
