After trying Atopalm MLE cream and wash as part of The Hwahae Testers, I was so impressed that I've been buying it with my own money for several rounds. Now it looks like I'll be purchasing the Panthenol cream too. Due to the winter weather, I had been mixing pure panthenol with the Atopalm MLE cream, and lo and behold, they've come out with this product! While the MLE cream sometimes caused a slight tingling sensation on extremely dry facial skin, the Panthenol cream applies smoothly without any discomfort. This must be due to panthenol's soothing and hydrating properties. The texture isn't drastically different, but while the MLE feels like whipped cream, the Panthenol version has a smoother cream consistency. The photo shows the back of my calf where dry skin had led to circular scratch marks. After diligently moisturizing with the Panthenol cream, the area appears much improved.
ConsFor morning makeup application, you'll need to apply a very small amount or spread it thinly. Due to my dry skin, I tend to apply a generous amount of cream. Right after application, it feels plump and bouncy like mochi skin, which is great. However, because my skin lacks hydration, once I'm exposed to heater air, the moisture evaporates, leaving behind excess oil. This causes my makeup to slide and leaves fingernail marks. To be fair, this is mostly due to my skin's extremely dehydrated condition. So I'm just being extra careful about this aspect.
TipFor body application, I apply it right after showering when my skin is still damp. For face and neck, I layer multiple layers of toner and essence before sealing in the hydration with this cream mixed with a bit of oil as the final step. This helps the moisturizing effect last longer.

I have extremely dry, sensitive skin. Packaging: Personally, I love the tube format the most. It's great for using the product cleanly. Texture: As shown in the photo, it's quite thick. In terms of viscosity, it goes MLE Emulsion < MLE Cream < Panthenol Cream. Despite its thickness, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It melts well with body heat without clumping or leaving a greasy feeling, so it's comfortable to use. Some reviews mention a white cast, but I didn't experience this as it spreads well. Scent: Similar to other Atopalm emulsions/creams, it has a subtle, almost unscented herbal fragrance. I personally love it. Ingredients: The formula is gentle enough to use on children
ConsHydration: This was what I was most excited about, but it was a bit disappointing. After cleansing, I followed my usual routine, only replacing the MLE Cream with the Panthenol Cream as the final step. As time passed, I felt dryness creeping in. It seems to have oil but lacks moisture. I ended up having to layer the MLE Cream on top to combat the dryness. While it might provide sufficient hydration for normal skin types, it seems inadequate for extremely dry skin.
TipWith its gentle ingredients, this product is suitable for the whole family to use together

It's absolutely wonderful!
ConsIt's not particularly rich, so it might not be bad for skin that lacks oil and moisture balance.

With the dry, cold weather and constant mask-wearing, we sometimes get little bumps on our cheeks, but unlike our usual skincare products, this one didn't sting and actually felt quite comforting. Compared to the same brand's MLE cream, it's a bit richer, but it spreads easily and absorbs well without being sticky. I love that it's suitable for my child's face, with only a very faint scent that's almost fragrance-free. It keeps the skin moisturized for quite a long time. Most importantly, I'm thrilled that it helped alleviate the skin irritation caused by masks.
ConsWhile it doesn't feel particularly rich, those with dry skin like mine who need long-lasting oil and moisture balance might find it slightly lacking.
