My little one's skin tends to get dry and sensitive depending on the season, but after applying this, their skin feels soft and hydrated. It's been great to use!
ConsThe only slight downside was that it felt a bit slippery. Other than that, I didn't experience any issues while using it.
TipI think combining this product with a less concentrated one could potentially enhance its effectiveness even more!

I've been using Atopalm consistently since having my baby, so I was really eager to try their new cream. I had been using their cleanser, which was moisturizing, cleansed well, and had gentle ingredients - I was really satisfied with it. The cream is equally impressive. I absolutely loved that it's fragrance-free. When using products on my baby, I'm sensitive to scents, so the lack of fragrance was a big plus. Additionally, the cream's texture provided good hydration without feeling heavy. When I applied it to my baby's skin and gently patted it in, it absorbed well. After applying the emulsion, I could feel how it moisturized the skin, really fulfilling its role as a hydrating cream. I intend to purchase this product again after I finish this one. It's suitable for dry baby skin. I believe it's a product well-suited for babies' sensitive skin.
ConsThere aren't really any downsides. It's a satisfying product.

Perhaps that's why its moisturizing power is so impressive. The hydration lasts for a long time. With its gentle ingredients, it's non-irritating and suitable for both children and adults, which I'm really happy about. While it's great for deep hydration, I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin types during summer. However, for someone with extremely dry skin like me, it might work well even in summer. My skin is usually sensitive and prone to redness, but this cream seems to do a great job of soothing it.
ConsThere's not really anything I'm disappointed with. Since the product is quite rich, it's probably best not to layer it too much. Also, given its price point, I find myself only applying it to my face.

This cream worked wonders after using the Real Barrier product. It was the only cream I could apply when my skin was irritated from over-cleansing due to flakiness. I'm thrilled that it gently replenishes moisture regardless of skin condition! - Hydration: After toning, applying just this product kept my skin moisturized without tightness until morning. It's perfect for frequent travelers - you only need to pack this one item. It's great as a family product too. It effectively locks in moisture for my dry skin, my husband's combination dehydrated skin, and even our 5-year-old's skin. - Texture and Absorption: It feels like a cross between an emulsion and a cream. There's a slight oily sensation, but those with combination dehydrated skin say it doesn't leave an oily residue. It works well as a day and night cream for dry skin, and as a night cream for combination dehydrated skin. It absorbs incredibly fast, making it perfect to apply right before bed. - Scent: For family-friendly products, I prefer unscented options. Sometimes, mixing ingredients can create an unpleasant smell, but the Atopalm Panthenol Cream has a subtle, inoffensive scent that I'm very satisfied with! - Packaging: From product recyclability to box packaging, it's clear they've put thought into every aspect.
ConsFor those with dry skin, using it alone might feel a bit superficial. It absorbs better if you tone your skin before applying.
Tip- After lightly toning, you can use it alone without feeling dry overnight! - For use as a day cream, apply thinly with a puff to prevent makeup from pilling.

It absorbs quickly when you gently pat it into your skin! ✔ User experience: It definitely provides great hydration thanks to the panthenol content! Despite its rich texture, it absorbs relatively quickly, so I didn't experience any discomfort while applying. I usually have severe deep dryness, but after using this product, it was almost completely resolved! ✔ Overall assessment: Atopalm is such a well-known brand that I used it without hesitation! The best part was that it's a gentle product without allergy-prone ingredients, making it suitable for use with children. I was also satisfied that there was no pilling even after multiple applications.
Cons✔ Price: It's a bit expensive for the amount you get! While it's understandable given the quality ingredients, the price point is somewhat disappointing. ✔ It might be a bit heavy for those with oily skin! As it feels richer the more you apply, it might be better to use it only on problem areas rather than all over the face.
TipThe cream turns white as you rub it in, but if you give it some time and gently pat it, it absorbs quickly!

The size is just right, making it easy to dispense with one hand, and the cap opens smoothly. Texture: It's quite rich! If applied to bare skin, it might feel a bit heavy. For best results, I recommend using it right after cleansing and applying other hydrating products. This way, it glides on smoothly. What I loved most is that it initially gives a dewy glow, but as time passes, it absorbs well, leaving the skin feeling fresh. The finish is pleasantly matte. Scent: The fragrance is quite unique. It's reminiscent of herbs or medicinal ingredients. It might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation for some. Personally, I'm a fan! Recommended for: As it's a rich cream, I'd recommend it for dry skin types or those prone to atopic conditions. I even applied it to a slightly scratched area without any stinging sensation.
ConsAs mentioned earlier, the distinctive scent might not be everyone's cup of tea. Also, due to its rich consistency, you need to ensure your skin is well-hydrated beforehand, which some might find a bit cumbersome.
TipI found the best application method is to dispense some onto your palm, spread it evenly, then apply it to your face as if you're laying on a mask. This ensures a thin, even layer that adheres well to the skin.

It was great to feel the hydration. The rich texture seems to help my super sensitive skin.
ConsThe application feel wasn't great. It's too sticky. You need to apply it at night to avoid pilling.
TipIt's best to mix it with other emulsions when applying. After extracting a blemish, apply generously with a cotton swab.

It's particularly beneficial for sensitive or blemish-prone skin. The cream forms a soft moisturizing layer without any stickiness, helping to keep the skin hydrated and healthy for a long time. Hydration and Barrier Reinforcement: In dry seasons, it creates such a strong moisture barrier that dead skin cells seem to disappear, helping to resolve deep dryness. With its high panthenol content and MLE® technology, Atopalm Panthenol Cream specializes in calming damaged skin and strengthening the skin barrier. It's especially effective for sensitive skin or areas that need intensive care due to dryness or roughness. You can expect more professional skin barrier management and soothing effects compared to regular moisturizing creams. Texture and Absorption: While the cream formula is rich and thick, it absorbs well into the skin. The tube packaging makes it convenient to use.
ConsThere weren't any disappointing aspects. The tube packaging was quite convenient, and the texture wasn't so thick that it wouldn't absorb.
TipFor skin that's sensitive or reddened due to contact dermatitis, I mix in more panthenol ampoule before applying. Another good method is to increase toner absorption before using the emulsion cream.

My child would often scratch all night until bleeding, so a friend recommended mixing a tube of Ceta-O cream with Bepanthen ointment and applying it. We've been using that mixture all winter. Comparing it to this Panthenol cream, I found the Panthenol cream to be far superior in hydration. It applies incredibly smoothly and feels moisturizing without any stickiness, absorbing cleanly into the skin. After application, you can definitely feel a protective moisture barrier forming, which helps maintain hydration for a long time. It's clearly effective for dryness and itching, so I'd like to continue using it.
ConsThe quantity is a bit small. While I acknowledge that even a small amount provides excellent hydration, it's not quite enough to liberally apply all over the body.
