I used it a lot during winter, and it was really helpful during the dry season. As I've gotten older, I've noticed that dryness feels different than before. My skin still feels like it might crack from dryness, but now it's as if the muscles underneath have tightened too. When I smile, I can feel the tendons pulling, making me think I might get deep wrinkles. But when I moisturize well and apply this, it feels like I'm wearing a windbreaker for my skin. It's like I'm less likely to 'tear'. It definitely feels like I've put on a protective layer. It also helps manage dead skin cells caused by dryness, and when I apply it before bed, my skin feels plump in the morning.
ConsI'm not a fan of that 'moisture barrier' feeling, which is common in Atopalm products. This one seems to have the strongest effect. If you don't moisturize well before using it, it feels like you've slept with makeup on. It feels a bit sticky. But when I see how good my skin looks the next day, I realize I need to tolerate the texture. There's also a scent that's either herbal or medicinal, but it dissipates quickly so it's okay. The product is also a bit thick when applying.
TipI use this as a protective layer. When I apply it to dry areas before bed, it feels like I'm doing a mask treatment. I don't like using Vaseline because it easily rubs off, but this product adheres well and slowly absorbs, which I like. It moisturizes well on the face, and when I apply it to my nasolabial folds or between my eyebrows, it feels a bit firmer in the morning, and the stiff feeling is reduced.

Contains Panthenol I often experience random skin flare-ups, and mixing Bepanthen with my cream usually helps. This product already contains panthenol, which is fantastic as I only need to use one product without any hassle. 2. Gentle Ingredients The ingredients are so mild that I use it with my child. It works well on their skin without causing any blemishes. 3. Hydration It's quite moisturizing, making it great as a final step in my skincare routine. 4. Tube Packaging I mainly use Atopalm's MLE cream, but this tube format is definitely more convenient and hygienic compared to jar packaging. 5. Non-sticky I don't like creams that leave a sticky residue, so I appreciate that this product absorbs well without any stickiness.
Cons1. Texture Perhaps due to the panthenol, it feels a bit thick. It's especially difficult to apply on the body as it's quite dense. For body use, I prefer the MLE cream. 2. Oil and Moisture Balance The oil and moisture balance feels slightly better with the MLE cream.
TipThe panthenol cream works well for the face, while the MLE cream is better suited for the body.

This time it features panthenol, an ingredient many moms are familiar with. My child's atopic dermatitis is so severe... I wonder if it's because our environment is more polluted than when we were growing up. Could it be due to fine dust? It's truly a headache. While using this product, I compared it to two others: MLE cream and a pharmacy-grade panthenol cream. Comparing it first to the MLE cream, the main ingredients differ. The key difference is whether ceramide or panthenol comes first. Both products are pleasantly fragrance-free. I believe products for children should only contain the highest quality ingredients and be unscented. Of course, premium ingredients increase the price, which is why moms need to carefully read product reviews before purchasing. The second comparison is with the pharmacy-grade panthenol cream. It's likely on every mom's hospital bag checklist in popular parenting cafes, so everyone knows it. Recently, I've noticed Korean brands becoming popular too. Comparing this cream to Atopam's panthenol cream, the texture and lack of fragrance were similar, but the main ingredients differed. To cut to the chase, I preferred the panthenol cream over the MLE cream. This is because my child's skin redness subsided much faster with the panthenol-based product than with the ceramide-based one. Seeing the redness visibly reduce and the skin calm down made me so happy, as my child stopped scratching. The pharmacy-grade cream has a thicker consistency, making it good for applying to specific areas. Atopam's panthenol cream is great for all-over application, providing hydration and soothing effects before applying any atopic dermatitis medication. For atopic or sensitive skin, I think Atopam's panthenol cream is better than using just any facial emulsion. The redness disappears noticeably faster than with other creams, so I highly recommend giving it a try.
ConsThe absorption could be a bit better. It doesn't spread as easily as the MLE cream. However, the pharmacy-grade panthenol cream doesn't spread easily either. Perhaps it's because they don't contain any harmful ingredients that improve spreadability? It's both an advantage and a disadvantage.
TipAlways prioritizing hydration, I love rich, creamy formulas the most. However, they tend to be the least absorbent. My routine after showering is to apply oil while my skin is still damp, then finish with a cream. This routine works best for maintaining moisture. It's also perfect for layering prescription ointments to prevent itching from worsening! The panthenol cream pairs exceptionally well with these.

As someone with dry skin, no matter how much I apply, my skin usually feels tight and dry by morning. However, this product maintains hydration until morning and truly transforms my skin texture. Among the various panthenol-based products out there, this one has a higher concentration, leading to high satisfaction.
ConsThere are both cream and emulsion types available, but the cream type is admittedly a bit thick and doesn't absorb as smoothly.

ConsThe application isn't as smooth as I'd like. It feels a bit stiff when applying. I hope they can improve this aspect.

Among products with 10% panthenol, this one seems unbeatable.
ConsProbably due to the high panthenol content, the texture feels a bit thick. However, if you spread it well and gently pat it in, it absorbs quickly.

Despite this, using this product didn't cause any stinging or itching, which made me think it's truly gentle. Especially while using it, I felt like the redness improved immediately, so I could really feel the effects of the panthenol. Although I haven't tried many products, among the sensitive skin creams I've used, I think this one is quite effective. If my skin ever acts up, I'll definitely keep reaching for this in the future. At first, I thought it was unscented, but if you smell closely, there's a subtle herbal scent. The cream itself feels like a classic cream texture? It's not too runny or too thick, just right in the middle. It has an honest cream feel! My skin is combination dehydrated, and I find it's just right as a final cream step during seasonal changes and winter. I liked that it wasn't sticky or slippery. However, I felt it lacked a bit in hydration, so I think it pairs well with a hydrating ampoule or a very moisturizing emulsion.
ConsEverything's good, but the absorption was a bit disappointing. It doesn't feel like it spreads smoothly and moistly. So it doesn't feel like a small amount is enough to spread well? It doesn't feel like you're using a lot of product. It feels like it'll run out quickly. But I wonder if this is unavoidable for a sensitive skin product...
TipBecause the absorption was a bit disappointing, I applied this cream and then layered a thin, hydrating emulsion on top, and that felt just right.

Cons1. It's difficult to apply and doesn't spread evenly. 2. Not recommended as a base for makeup. Reason: It makes foundation look dull. 3. The price is steep.
TipHowever, it makes my makeup look lackluster, and given the high price, I won't be repurchasing it.

My hands often crack and get dry due to atopic dermatitis, so I was eager to try Atopalm's Panthenol Cream because of its high panthenol content. Luckily, I got the chance to use it at just the right time. Probably due to its high panthenol concentration, when I apply it generously, it seems to help heal the cracks and splits in my skin. I've been using it as a hand cream.
ConsWhile it doesn't contain fragrances, and it's probably unrelated to the panthenol, there's quite a strong smell that reminds me of medicinal ointment. Well, you get used to it after a while. When I first applied it, it didn't feel sticky, but sometimes there was a sense of tightness on the skin.

Despite this, it doesn't feel greasy, so even with my combination-to-oily skin, it wasn't too heavy. However, it might be challenging to use in the peak of summer. - Ingredients It doesn't contain any major concerning ingredients and focuses on hydration, so it seems safe to use. The scent is almost non-existent, which I actually prefer as the lack of fragrance makes it less burdensome. I have acne-prone skin, but I didn't experience any irritation or increased blemishes. - Packaging I often find jar-type creams a bit unsettling, so I appreciate that this comes in a tube. It's clean, hygienic, and convenient to carry around.
Cons- Application As it's a highly moisturizing formula, it's quite thick. It feels even heavier than the 365 cream. As a result, it's a bit stiff to apply, goes on white, and takes some time to absorb. - Longevity While it feels good right after application, it doesn't seem to maintain hydration well in the current weather. After applying this cream and then a semi-matte cushion foundation, I notice it starts to crack over time.
TipWhen I have time, I layer it gradually or mix it with a lighter cream. This makes it spread more easily while maintaining a nice, firm texture.
