I usually rub it on the back of my hand to melt it a bit, then apply it to the apples of my cheeks, eyes, and temples using a puff or my fingertips. This gives a moisturized, dewy look.

The base has an almost transparent color with pink-purple toned pearl particles that are of a decent size (not too big, so it looks natural when used with a pink blush).
