It's a truly unique milky pink shade that you can't find anywhere else. I'd buy it for this color alone.
ConsThere's nothing bad to say. I wish it went on sale more often at Olive Young so I could stock up!

The base is almost transparent with pink-purple pearl particles that are slightly on the larger side (though not too big - it looks natural when used with a pink blush). Rather than a pearly shine, it gives more of a dewy glow from its moisturizing formula. I recommend applying it with a sponge or warming it up with your fingertips before applying to your face. When applied in moderation along with a pink blush, it creates a beautiful, natural-looking glow that makes your skin appear hydrated.
ConsApplying the stick directly by rubbing it on your face may cause your base makeup to come off. I recommend using your fingers or a puff to control the amount and apply it carefully!
TipIf you apply too much, it can feel sticky and appear greasy. Personally, I like to warm it up on the back of my hand first, then apply it to my cheekbones and eye area using a puff or my fingers. This method gives a lovely, dewy finish!

I finally got my hands on Milky Moon, so I can compare it with Dewy Moon!! First off, Milky Moon is a very light pink stick highlighter! It's almost a white shade! I think both of these are better used to give your skin that Inner Glow rather than as traditional highlighters. To be honest, the colors are almost transparent, so they should work for both warm and cool tones. But if we had to categorize them, Dewy Moon leans warm while Milky Moon is on the cooler side. Be careful when applying directly over your base makeup, as it might cause pilling! Personally, I apply it right after sunscreen on the areas where I want that glow. I recommend using stick highlighters for larger areas like cheekbones, and a baked highlighter for the nose bridge.
ConsIt's a shame it tends to lift off when applied over base makeup... Try warming it up with your fingers before applying.

It's absolutely stunning when applied as a focal point to specific areas, but be cautious - if you spread it too wide, it can quickly look messy. Unlike other popular pink-beam highlighters that create dimension with a pearly white base and intense pink 'beams', Milky Moon gives the impression of a transparent petroleum jelly glow with scattered pink pearls. The noticeable larger glitter particles make it less suitable for forehead, nose bridge, or chin application. It works best for creating a dewy, glass-skin effect on eyes, brow bones, and cupid's bow. I wouldn't recommend this if you're after a pearl-free sheen or a highlighter with a strong pink presence. However, if you want to add a glossy, hydrated look to your inner corners and aegyo sal without the typical pressed powder dryness, this is a must-try.
ConsSurprisingly, the formula is easily smudged and has a sticky balm-like consistency. Like all stick highlighters, including high-end ones, swiping it directly will inevitably disrupt your base makeup. The real issue is that it doesn't seem to pair exceptionally well with any application method - be it puff, brush, or fingertip. Using a cushion puff makes it stick to your base makeup, applying with fingers gives a nice glow but melts the foundation due to body heat, and using a brush to pick up product and gently pat it on seems to be the best approach. It works best with a skincare-like foundation that applies thinly, almost like bare skin, as it tends to break down and mix with heavier, matte foundations over time. Another downside is its lack of staying power - it transfers easily upon contact with hands or masks. Due to its poor adherence and longevity, a setting spray is absolutely necessary if you plan to use it as a face highlighter.

Skin type: Dry and sensitive Experience: This was my first time using a stick highlighter. I loved how it gave a Vaseline-like glow when applied after finishing my makeup, perfect for someone like me who enjoys a glowy look. Application methods: - Directly with the stick: Slightly removed some of the base makeup, which was disappointing. - Warmed up with fingers: Resulted in a slightly less intense glow. - Applied with a puff: Gave the most hydrated and natural-looking glow. I've been using it with a puff for the best results.
ConsRoom for improvement: Unfortunately, after some time, my makeup started to come off from the areas where I applied the highlighter. I need to find a way to make it last longer.

Achieves a dewy glow effect - If you want to create that coveted 'Inner Glow' look with hydrated-looking skin, I highly recommend this product. It truly gives that dewy finish! Just be careful not to apply too much, as it might make your skin look overly shiny. 2. Subtle shimmer - I heard that the 'Dewy Moon' shade is for warm tones and the 'Milky Moon' for cool tones, so I made my purchase based on that. You can definitely feel a delicate pink shimmer. Although I have a warm complexion, I chose the Milky Moon, and it seems the shades aren't strictly limited to specific skin tones.
Cons1. Value for money - Considering the price, it's a bit questionable. The product quality seems like it would be more appropriate at a lower price point. Due to mask-wearing, it's hard to tell if the staying power is good. We'll need to assess its longevity when not wearing a mask. 2. It's a stick, but don't use it as one - If you apply the stick directly onto your base makeup, it will completely ruin your foundation. The frustrating reality is that you'll have to redo your makeup.

The texture applies smoothly, adapting to your skin's temperature. It's packed with cool purple-pink to opal/silvery micro-shimmer particles! ■Highlighter Function?: Honestly, it's closer to a dewy stick with subtle glitter rather than a traditional stick highlighter. The swatch photo shows intense pearl effect because I rubbed it multiple times to demonstrate. With 1-2 swipes, you get a glossy, dewy finish. It doesn't really highlight per se. To be frank, I'm not sure about its highlighting capabilities. ■Staying Power/Adherence: Don't just rub it directly on your face! It'll mess up your base makeup. Instead, warm it up on your hand first, then apply with a puff using patting motions. This helps preserve your base. This product seems ideal for those with naturally great skin who prefer a foundation-free look. Due to its glowy nature, it does transfer and doesn't last very long, so touch-ups are necessary. The texture feels more suited for editorial looks rather than everyday wear. ■Value for Money: Sigh... On my skin, it looks greasy without giving that intense highlighter glow. Honestly, the value for money is disappointing. If you're expecting a true highlighter effect, I'd recommend trying pressed or eyeshadow-type highlighters instead!
ConsIt's just a dewy stick that's lost its highlighting abilities. It removes your base makeup and leaves an oily finish. I'd recommend stick highlighters from Hince or Holika Holika instead.
TipNothing to add.
