Let's start with the positives - the glow is incredibly natural. While powder highlighters often scream 'I'm wearing highlighter!', this one gives a more subtle effect. It's like enhancing your skin's natural radiance. The Inner Glow it creates is beautifully delicate. I used the Milky Moon shade, which has tiny white pearls that make your skin shimmer softly when applied. It's gorgeously natural-looking!
ConsHowever, it does feel a bit sticky after application. It's like applying a stick balm to your skin in the evening - it leaves a slightly heavy feeling. This definitely isn't a product that dries to a powdery finish. Another major drawback is that if you apply it directly with the stick over your makeup, it can remove your foundation. This seems to be its biggest flaw... We use stick highlighters for convenience, but if it ruins your base makeup when applied directly, that's quite problematic! Even if you apply it with your fingers, it still tends to disturb your makeup a bit. The formula is quite rich and sticky, so no matter how you apply it, it's likely to smudge your makeup somewhat. That's unavoidable. While using your fingers is better than applying directly with the stick, I found myself reaching for it less often due to the extra effort. Honestly, I think I prefer powder highlighters for ease of use. This product might be best suited for those with naturally good complexion who wear very light base makeup.
