Pros
These days, as the season changes to winter, I wanted to try a glowy makeup look, so I purchased a highlighter. ✨ The stick format was very convenient as it didn't require a separate brush. The amount of product is quite generous, and the glow it provides is natural and smooth. The pearl finish has a subtle shimmer, but there are also some more intense pearl points mixed in! However, when applied, the subtle pearl and the highlighted pearl points blend well together, creating a natural and beautiful glow. The longevity also seems quite good! Even on cold and dry days, when I'm outdoors all day, it lasts around 4-5 hours on my skin.
Cons
My foundation tends to be matte, so when I apply it directly to my face with a stick, it can cause the makeup to smudge a little.

There's a puff included, and the puff is nice, but I actually prefer not to use tools, so I'm applying it with my hands, and even with my hands, the base keeps sliding off. Pros
Although it's a stick-type product made for the face, this highlighter looks so much prettier when used like a cream eyeshadow. When applied as a spot highlight, it's incredibly beautiful, but as soon as the area covered gets a bit wider, it starts to look messy. Whereas other famous pink-beam highlighters have a whitish pearl base that provides volume, with a dense 'beam' of pink light on top, Milky Moon has a transparent vaseline-like glow with sparse pink pearls. The relatively large glitter particles are noticeable, so it's not ideal for the forehead/nose bridge/chin, but works best for the eyes/brow bone/lip area to express a dewy, wet look. If you're looking for a highlighter with no pearl texture at all, just a shimmery glow or strong pink presence, this is not recommended. But if you want to achieve a glossy, wet look on the inner corner of the eyes~cheekbones without the typical pressed powder chalkiness, this is highly recommended.
Cons
The formula surprisingly crumbles and gets sticky like a balm type. Like all stick highlighters, just swiping it directly on the skin will inevitably displace the base. The problem is, it doesn't seem to work well with any applicator - puff, brush, or fingertips. Using a cushion puff makes the base stick to it, applying with fingers gives a nice glow but the heat makes the base melt, and the best method is to pick up enough product with a brush and 'press' it on. Because it doesn't work well on top of a matte, high-coverage base, you'll need to use it with a skin-care level, barely-there foundation, or else it will break down and disintegrate with the foundation. Another disappointment is that it transfers easily with just a light touch, from hands or a mask. The adhesion and staying power are almost non-existent, so using this as a face highlighter will definitely require a setting/fixing spray.

The product is great for a quick morning glow. It seems to work better on the collarbone area than the face.
Cons
Those with sensitive skin or skin troubles should be cautious... I got some bumps on my forehead after using it. All my other cosmetics are the ones I've been using, so this seems to be the only culprit. I'm not sure if it's my application, but it tends to slide off easily when applied over makeup..

⭐️ It's a shiny and radiant product. I think it would be good for people who like a dewy makeup look and those who enjoy a pearly finish.
Cons
I'm quite disappointed. When applied over makeup, it causes the makeup to slide off. It seems similar to just mixing glitter into plain Vaseline. The product website and influencer videos didn't mention the intense pearl particles that end up clogging pores and accentuating fine lines, making the skin look messy. It's quite sticky, so it can only be used on the areas that don't touch the mask.
Tip
You should dab it on with a cushion puff to prevent it from sliding off.
