Feels like applying a multi-balm, not artificial at all Tiny, delicate glitters sparkle ever so subtly Definitely not an overpowering highlight The most natural-looking highlighter I've ever used Gives that dewy, "glass skin" effect If you're looking for dramatic glitter It might seem a bit understated It's almost like applying a plain multi-balm - dp*******Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 28, 2024
With the season changing to winter, I wanted to try an Inner Glow makeup look, so I bought this highlighter. First off, it's a stick format, so no separate brush is needed - very convenient to use. The quantity is generous, and it gives a natural, smooth glow. The shimmer is subtle with a mix of fine sparkles and some more intense glitter points. When applied, these blend beautifully for a natural yet stunning luminosity! The staying power seems quite good too. Even on cold, dry days when I'm outdoors all day, it lasts about 4-5 hours on my skin. Since my foundation is quite matte, applying the stick directly to my face can cause a bit of pilling. Using a sponge to apply the highlighter prevents any pilling and helps it adhere well to the skin, creating a natural glow. - yo**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 6, 2024
I bought this to try the trendy 'Inner Glow' makeup look that's all the rage these days, and I think it's great. It has a bit of sparkly glitter mixed in, so it doubles as a highlighter for your cheeks. Talk about killing two birds with one stone! I'm not sure how to use it properly - it smudges when applied over blush, but gets covered up when applied underneath. Any tips? Apply generously before your cushion foundation, then gently pat a little over the cushion and blush. It might be tricky, but keep at it! If you're aiming for that Inner Glow look, diligent skincare is another route. However, this product is perfect for achieving that extra dewy, radiant makeup finish. - ji********Combination SkinSensitive SkinJun 17, 2024
It's a stick type product. You can purchase it at Olive Young. That's all. Nothing else to add. I can't believe this... How can it be so greasy without even showing up on the skin or giving any glow? Even after applying two layers, it's like this... There's no radiance, but it's so oily that I can't even apply a lot. As expected, it's best to avoid Glint's color cosmetics. They changed their name to Glint and tried to appeal to the MZ generation with their design and concept marketing, but the product quality hasn't improved since the VOV days. I'm using shade 3 Rosy Moon. My family member got it and dumped it on me... I'm shocked that people actually pay money for this. How wasteful! I'm leaving this review because I'm so frustrated. Don't fall for this nonsense. You're better off buying a Daiso cheek balm, or spending a bit more on Hince instead. - ra********Combination SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 20, 2024
The color is absolutely amazing! It's a truly unique milky pink shade that you can't find anywhere else. I'd buy it for this color alone. There's nothing bad to say. I wish it went on sale more often at Olive Young so I could stock up! - bi*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 7, 2024
The fine pearl particles create a beautiful glow while keeping the skin moisturized! If your base is a bit too dewy, you might experience some pilling or the product sitting on top of the skin. For an even prettier effect, warm it up slightly on the back of your hand to match your skin temperature - it'll melt seamlessly into your complexion. - bo*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 2, 2024
I can't find anything positive to say... I bought it after watching YouTube, but I feel like I fell for false advertising. The way it absorbs is poor, and it looks very unnatural. I've only used it a few times, and after posting this review, I'm planning to just throw it away. - se*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedFeb 22, 2024
For those curious about the color payoff compared to the original Milky Moon baked highlighter, I've attached swatches of three types: the baked Milky Moon, Peachy Moon, and the stick-type Milky Moon! The base is almost transparent with pink-purple pearl particles that are slightly on the larger side (though not too big - it looks natural when used with a pink blush). Rather than a pearly shine, it gives more of a dewy glow from its moisturizing formula. I recommend applying it with a sponge or warming it up with your fingertips before applying to your face. When applied in moderation along with a pink blush, it creates a beautiful, natural-looking glow that makes your skin appear hydrated. Applying the stick directly by rubbing it on your face may cause your base makeup to come off. I recommend using your fingers or a puff to control the amount and apply it carefully! If you apply too much, it can feel sticky and appear greasy. Personally, I like to warm it up on the back of my hand first, then apply it to my cheekbones and eye area using a puff or my fingers. This method gives a lovely, dewy finish! - Hwahae UserDry SkinInner DrynessFeb 19, 2024
It's moisturizing and absorbs well. The ease of application is also a plus. I got blemishes. Seeing that it happened exactly where I applied it on both cheeks, it seems to be because of the stick. - mv****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresJan 21, 2024
Not recommended if you prefer a glowing complexion If you typically aim for a radiant glow, you can skip this one. It's barely noticeable - you might even wonder if you applied it at all. Using the stick directly can remove your makeup, so you have to apply it with your fingers, which is inconvenient. It seems cream highlighters just don't cut it - powder ones are definitely the way to go. While those who prefer a matte finish might like this, I question whether it's really worth purchasing.
