As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I do a double cleanse - first with cleansing water, then with this foam cleanser. I was getting bored with my usual products, so I decided to try something new. I'm happy to report that the cleansing effectiveness of this foam is pretty good! The only downside is that it has a subtle scent. The ingredients are gentle, the price is reasonable for the amount, and it removes light makeup effectively. Highly recommended! I didn't find any downsides while using this product. I love how it effortlessly removes all my makeup when I use it with a cotton pad. It leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh. There's nothing I dislike about this product. I prefer using cleansing water in a foaming dispenser rather than with cotton pads. My sensitive, blemish-prone skin tends to get irritated immediately when I use cotton pads. I've tried various cleansing water products, and I liked this one because it feels slightly less slippery than others. However, when used in a foaming container, the foam seemed to dissipate quickly. My makeup routine usually consists of sunscreen, concealer, and occasionally foundation or cushion. This cleansing water effectively removed base makeup. I don't use point makeup, so I can't speak to its deep cleansing power. It removes sunscreen and cushion makeup without any issues. When using it with a foaming dispenser, I found myself going through the product quickly, possibly because I was using more per application. It's incredibly lightweight and refreshing. I usually only apply sunscreen, but using this in a foam dispenser is fantastic. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin at all. It might be a bit disappointing when trying to remove heavy makeup. It doesn't seem to effectively remove eye makeup either. For intense makeup, you'll probably need to use a separate oil-based cleanser.

For the first few uses, my skin stung badly and my face completely broke out. My skin felt damaged, as if I had a sunburn, with redness everywhere. After using it 2-3 times, it got better. However, with so many other products available, I probably won't use this one again. This cleansing water seems to strike just the right balance. When using an adequate amount to wipe off makeup, I didn't experience any irritation or incomplete cleansing. To my nose, it's fragrance-free. Given its large volume, I'd consider repurchasing if the price is reasonable. While I haven't tried it on eye makeup, it was quite effective for removing face makeup. When I used it to clean makeup tools, it seemed like mascara would require some vigorous rubbing, so I wouldn't recommend it for eye makeup removal. There wasn't anything particularly negative. The decision to purchase would likely depend on the price point.
