It's so gentle that I've experienced zero blemishes or itching. If you're an athlete who needs to shower multiple times a day, I highly recommend this! Even with frequent use, it doesn't leave your skin feeling overly dry.

  You can use it from head to toe! It's really versatile. I noticed a significant reduction in dead skin cells on my feet after washing. My skin feels less tight overall, and it's become wonderfully soft and smooth all over.

  I've been using this instead of shampoo, and it's fantastic! When I lather it up in a foam net, it creates rich, abundant bubbles.

  Cons

  I was worried the cleansing effectiveness might be weak and leave my hair smelling, so I wash about 3 times per session. The only downside is that it takes a bit more time, but other than that, I have no complaints.

  I have extremely dry, sensitive skin with seborrheic dermatitis, making my skin very delicate. I couldn't wear makeup, and even applying sunscreen would cause tiny bumps to appear. After only using low pH foam cleansers, I searched for a product that could be used for both face and body. That's when I chose the Dove Sensitive Bar, and I've been using it for two months now. I think I'll continue using this product. First of all, it's incredibly gentle and soft, and there's no feeling of tightness after cleansing.

  It doesn't provide deep cleansing. If you're wearing sunscreen or makeup, you'll definitely need to double cleanse.
