It's great for covering redness and evening out my complexion. I love that it's not too matte. The opaque container makes it hard to tell how much product is left. I'll need to keep an eye on its staying power. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 9, 2024
It's great at reducing redness and brightening the complexion. The finish is clean and fresh. You need to be careful with the amount you apply. If you use too much, the color might be overwhelming. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJun 14, 2024
As someone with skin prone to redness, I've always been concerned about my ruddy complexion. This product is a real satisfaction - it applies thinly while effectively neutralizing the redness. What's great is that it can be used on its own for both brightening and covering redness. On days when I want a light makeup look, I don't even need to use foundation or other cushions! It's not an exceptionally hydrating product, so if you have dry skin, I recommend applying just a small amount to areas with redness. The coverage isn't very high, so if you have blemishes you want to conceal, I suggest using a separate concealer. It allows for a natural evening of skin tone, so rather than mixing it with other products, applying multiple thin layers on its own might be enough to skip foundation altogether! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 12, 2024
My middle school daughter uses this and says it's so convenient for busy mornings. She just applies this as it works as both sunscreen and brightening moisturizer. Even after coming home from school, her complexion still looks fresh and clean! When I tried it myself, I found it quite drying, so you might need to be thorough with your skincare routine beforehand. Compared to other sunscreens, it requires a bit more effort to remove completely. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 3, 2024
It provides coverage suitable for a brightening moisturizer and evens out the skin tone. I used to only apply yellow-based products for my redness-prone skin, but this... it's a game-changer! Seriously, highly recommended for those with redness issues! The ingredients are gentle, and the SPF is high, so it could even work as a sunscreen substitute. It can be a bit drying, unfortunately. Apart from that, the color is a clear, milky shade that brightens the complexion nicely. Due to its drying effect, I recommend using it over a solid skincare routine as a sunscreen alternative when you're not wearing makeup. Otherwise, apply it thinly in layers before your base makeup! It works wonderfully when paired with the Numbers In No.1 Organic Sunscreen - they're a perfect combination! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 27, 2024
I love that it provides both brightening and sun protection at the same time. Got it at a great price during a sale! It leaves a slightly white cast and feels dry. Not recommended for those with dry skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 18, 2024
Pros: Excellent at neutralizing redness (a true savior for flushed skin). The brightening moisturizer effect is beautifully done. With SPF50, there's no need for a separate sunscreen! Impressive staying power (rarely breaks down). For someone with redness and dullness in their bare face, this one product alone makes me feel like a whole new person! It's become my daily go-to recently. Before and after photos included (showing only this product on my skin, nothing else!) I rarely write reviews, but this product is so good I had to share my thoughts for the first time. Please keep this in stock! Cons: The matte finish can feel a bit drying. It's challenging to apply evenly with fingers. Tip: After completing your skincare routine, try applying a drop of jojoba oil on each cheek before using this brightening moisturizer. It makes a noticeable difference! Also, I found using a Skinfood wedge puff to apply works much better than using my fingers. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 8, 2023
Brightens complexion effectively and feels lightweight Provides decent coverage Creates a natural, bare-faced look Adheres well to skin with long-lasting wear Can feel slightly drying when applied in winter Leaves white residue between fingerprints when applied by hand (Despite this, I still intend to repurchase!) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 12, 2023
To be honest, there aren't any major advantages. While it's decent at covering redness, it doesn't provide a natural-looking brightening effect. No real benefits. Not suitable for oily skin types. It makes the skin look greasy. By the end of the day, it feels like it's separating from the skin. I bought it after watching YouTube reviews, but it doesn't work well for combination or oily skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 6, 2023
It definitely covers redness well, and with the sunscreen base mixed in, on days when I'm too lazy to do a full makeup routine, applying just this gives a really clean brightening effect and evens my skin tone perfectly. For those with dry skin, if you don't have a solid skincare base, it might not sit well. Also, if you apply too much, it can ball up and clump around the sides of the nose and chin. You need to apply it thinly and make sure to blend it well to cover pores effectively.
