As someone with skin prone to redness, I've always been concerned about my ruddy complexion. This product is a real satisfaction - it applies thinly while effectively neutralizing the redness. What's great is that it can be used on its own for both brightening and covering redness. On days when I want a light makeup look, I don't even need to use foundation or other cushions! It's not an exceptionally hydrating product, so if you have dry skin, I recommend applying just a small amount to areas with redness. The coverage isn't very high, so if you have blemishes you want to conceal, I suggest using a separate concealer. It allows for a natural evening of skin tone, so rather than mixing it with other products, applying multiple thin layers on its own might be enough to skip foundation altogether! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 31, 2024
Ever since I started using this, I haven't reached for my foundation! I usually dislike feeling like my skin is suffocating, so I apply foundation very thinly, but even that felt a bit heavy. I tried this after the Numbers:in Porcelain Finish Tone-Up didn't work for me, and it's absolutely amazing! My skin is extremely sensitive and very dry, but this doesn't cake up or cause any blemishes. I'm really enjoying using it! I don't have any complaints... Once I finish my current one, I'll definitely repurchase! I apply my sunscreen first, then dot this on top and gently pat it in to blend. It brightens my complexion beautifully. I highly recommend it! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 11, 2022
✓ Tames redness My skin usually has a constant reddish tint, but the green tone in this product completely neutralizes it. ✓ Covers small blemishes Though I have some blemishes, I prefer light coverage as I dislike thick layers. This product provides satisfying coverage without needing concealer! ✓ Brightens complexion Unlike other foundation-free products with limited shade options that often turn dark quickly, this one gives me a perfect radiant look and barely oxidizes. ✓ Non-greasy, matte finish Its non-sticky, powder-like finish makes wearing a mask more comfortable. ✓ Graceful wear-off While foundation or cushions tend to smudge messily under masks due to friction and heat, this product's thin base layer wears off more cleanly and neatly. As this isn't a hydrating product, it can really flake if your skincare isn't thorough! It might be especially challenging for those with dry skin. Make sure to build up your base carefully, layer by layer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 1, 2022
It works wonders for my extreme redness, really toning down the flushing!! Great coverage while still looking quite natural and applying thinly. It feels moisturizing when you put it on, and the finish is pleasantly matte. Highly recommended for those with severe redness! The amount can be a bit tricky to control, and if you apply it too thickly, it can settle into lines and emphasize whiteheads The photos show before and after application on my forehead (I applied it a bit too thickly on the day I took these photos due to poor amount control). Since it has quite a matte formula, I always mix it with a moisturizing sunscreen and apply just a small amount - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 17, 2022
The product performance of Numbuzin is truly outstanding! I have facial redness that makes it easy for my skin to look patchy, so when I do a full face, I usually expect a thick base with most foundations, except for a couple. Typically, I'd slather on the classic Laneige green base, which is quite thick, and then apply foundation. However, this product applies thinly and evenly right after skincare, while still managing to even out any patchiness. You can just smooth it on generously, then use a dry sponge to minimize the appearance of pores, or lightly dab away excess with any cushion puff. It settles into a perfect state that's ideal for everyday wear without much fuss. While the coverage is good, the staying power feels a bit shaky. To fix this, you could set it with powder, but that would negate its best feature of looking thin on the skin. Avoid using overly moisturizing or greasy sunscreens underneath. This product has some sun protection of its own, which might be sufficient for short-term use... perhaps? - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 15, 2022
Overall impression: Not only does it effectively cover redness, but it also provides quite good, substantial coverage while still looking like bare skin. I didn't originally have redness, but constantly wearing a mask at work and getting frustrated led to extreme redness and even some flushing. Sometimes the redness would show through when I applied cushion foundation thinly. I've been using the Numbuzin Tone-Up Beige well, but I bought this for days when my redness is severe. I was worried the texture might be too thick, but it doesn't apply like a matte color base that pills. Instead, it goes on like a slightly rich moisturizer! I was really concerned that it would dry matte, causing blemishes and dead skin cells to be noticeable on red areas. But as expected... it has a balanced finish that's slightly powdery on the outside while not looking cakey underneath, so there's minimal emphasis on texture! (I have extremely dry skin) Since I tend to apply creams liberally, I didn't control the amount and ended up looking a bit pale. Given it's a green color, controlling the quantity is essential! I found it easiest to apply with my hands, making sure to control the amount well
