Among them, Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream has been truly satisfying. Despite its creamy texture, it's not heavy and absorbs well, gliding on smoothly. Pros
I've been using this body moisturizer for nearly 20 years. With my keratosis pilaris and extremely dry skin, applying it generously after showering keeps my skin hydrated for a long time. Though it's fragrance-free, there's a subtle scent that isn't off-putting. It absorbs cleanly into the skin after application.
Cons
Given its high moisturizing power, the finish isn't exactly light. If you dislike the heavy feeling after application, I wouldn't recommend this.
Tip
For those with extremely dry body skin like mine, winter can be especially harsh with dead skin cells flaking off. After applying Cetaphil cream, make sure to seal it in with any body oil. The oil doesn't need to be expensive to be effective.

Pros
I keep this as a winter essential! With my dry skin, I apply it immediately when I feel even slightly parched to prevent itching or dead skin cells from appearing. It's great for maintaining soft skin texture when applied after showering and patting dry. It's thicker and heavier than an emulsion, spreading on quite richly, but despite its dense texture, it absorbs well and quickly sinks into dry skin.
Cons
Since it's in a jar, using your hands feels unhygienic, so a spatula is a must. Also, its rich, oily texture might not suit those with oily skin types.
Tip
When the winter weather gets really cold, applying a thick layer on your cheeks helps prevent redness and chapping from the harsh winds.

Pros
My kids had dry skin and we tried various products without success. Then I heard Cetaphil was good for atopic skin, so we gave it a try. It absorbs well, feels moisturizing, and has a nice texture. My little ones used to scratch frequently due to dryness, but now they don't scratch at all! It's been so great that we've been using it for over three years now.
Cons
It would be wonderful if the cream came in a pump dispenser like the emulsion does.

Compared to similar high-moisture creams from other brands, this one absorbs well and feels genuinely hydrating. The absorption and application are excellent compared to its hydrating power! Unlike other body emulsions that leave my hands sticky, requiring me to wash them and apply hand cream afterwards, this product doesn't have that issue. The price is reasonable, making it great for liberal use. It's nearly unscented (there's a slight hint of ballpoint pen ink, but it's close to fragrance-free). While its hydration might not be the strongest, it layers well with more fragrant body creams that lack in moisture. I also use it as a hand cream substitute since I dislike mixing perfume with hand cream scents.
Cons
I've only been using it for my body, so I'm not sure if it would feel non-greasy on oily facial skin.

I've been using this daily cream for 10 years now. In my early 20s, my skin suddenly turned into blemish-prone skin. I tried visiting dermatologists and using all the highly recommended skincare products, but the blemishes kept coming back. I think it was partly because my face was so dry. After switching to a basic skincare routine of toner spray followed by Cetaphil cream, I only get occasional blemishes on my chin around that time of the month, but never on my face. The hydration is amazing, and it absorbs well without leaving any greasiness. Even if you don't have blemish-prone skin, Cetaphil is suitable for the whole family, so I plan to keep using it. It's my go-to solution for both face and body. Worried about eye wrinkles, I apply it generously around my eyes like an eye cream. I'm in my 30s now and still wrinkle-free. It's truly a multi-purpose cream!
Cons
It might feel a bit rich for summer use, but I just apply it sparingly.
Tip
When applying to my face, I first spread it all over, then add an extra layer around my eyes for wrinkle prevention. I also apply it generously on my neck to manage neck wrinkles.

The scent is very subtle, which is nice. It absorbs well and provides great hydration. I can see why it's so popular.
Cons
When I got it as a gift with purchase, it came in a convenient and hygienic tube. However, the full-size product comes in a jar, which I find less practical.
