Cetaphil is very well-known. I used to just use the lotion, but since my baby's skin was quite dry, I've been buying and using the cream well, especially in the winter. The cream is definitely more moisturizing and thicker, but it spreads nicely. It can cover from young children to adults, and the fragrance-free aspect is even better. If you prefer fragranced products, you may be slightly disappointed, but as someone who prefers fragrance-free, I'm very satisfied. However, it is quite thick and moisturizing, so it may be inconvenient to use in the summer, but excluding the summer, I would recommend it as a product that can be used well in spring, fall, and winter!

The baby does not have any trouble or issues when applying it to the face, but as an adult, I sometimes get a slight reaction when applying it to my face. It's a product I've been using for the past two years, my fourth bottle. It's great for applying generously after showering for atopic skin. It was the least irritating moisturizing product when applied to wounds. It has good spreadability and I use it very smoothly.
Cons
Personally, I have no regrets whatsoever and plan to continue using it.

Despite being a cream, it has an incredibly smooth and creamy application! Our whole family is using it, and it's especially great for applying on active children due to its excellent glide. While it is unscented, there is a faint medicinal odor. I'll be sticking with Cetaphil as my go-to winter cream - the value is unbeatable!
Cons
While it's a bit inconvenient to have to scoop it out by hand, the cream is so good that it provides good coverage.

The children's skin was dry and they couldn't settle, so I tried this and that, and I heard that Cetaphil is good for atopic dermatitis, so I tried it. It has good spreadability, absorbs well, and is moisturizing. The babies were dry and itchy, and they scratched often, but now they don't scratch at all!! I love it so much that I've been using it for over 3 years.
