This is apparently due to natural browning since there are no artificial colorants. • While it may not dramatically change color as advertised, it does help neutralize yellowish tones!
Cons• Achieving a dramatic color correction is challenging • The scent is reminiscent of a subtle hair dye fragrance • The price is on the steep side
Tip• If you're concerned about the hefty price tag and wish for more lather, consider mixing it with a bit of regular shampoo for a more economical option!

It lathers well and leaves a refreshing feeling. It seems like it would be a great alternative to everyday shampoos.
ConsLike other reviewers mentioned, the scent is a bit off-putting. While there's hardly any lingering fragrance after rinsing, it's still noticeable during use. I'm not sure if it's due to the fragrance listed in the ingredients.

Just one pump creates an impressive amount of foam. The foam is dense and creamy, not light, giving a clear sense that it won't irritate the scalp. 2. It's noticeably better at preventing hair from becoming flat. I always stress about my hair losing volume and use a hair dryer to add body, but in summer it quickly becomes greasy and flat. While this doesn't completely solve the summer issue, it definitely extends the duration of volume. Some might find it makes hair feel stiff, but I actually liked that. Any stiffness at the ends can be easily resolved with a bit of hair essence. 3. It's great that it doesn't stain the face or hands. Especially when it comes to nail staining, there's often no solution, but with this product, I can use it worry-free as it doesn't leave any color behind.
Cons> The packaging was disappointing. The product I received had a loose dispenser part. Despite this, I tried to use it, but the product came out from inside rather than the tip of the nozzle, making it difficult to use at first. I managed to adjust it somehow. > Those sensitive to fragrances might not like this. While the scent doesn't linger strongly in the hair after washing, there's a sweet, honey-like aroma during cleansing that I didn't enjoy.
Tip> For those who dislike stiff hair overall but want volume at the roots, I found it works great to apply essence or leave-in treatment just to the ends. > While the dense foam is nice, it can feel a bit thick at times. I found that adding a bit of water to my hands while lathering made the foam even richer and easier to work through my hair without feeling heavy.

I meant to post this yesterday when reviews were due, but I found it tricky to evaluate, so I'm posting now after trying it once more this morning. My hair condition before use: Half natural, half bleached three times. Overall dyed brown. Usage & Method: Used 5 times total, every other day. Applied like regular shampoo, followed by a second wash with normal shampoo and conditioner. Cleansing Power & After-feel: Cleanses well, similar to Head & Shoulders. No cooling effect. Hair feels stiff after use, so I applied conditioner. Didn't cause scalp irritation, excessive dryness, or itchiness. Color & Texture: Initially clear when pumped, but turned a transparent black when I decanted it. Not sure if it oxidized, but it was surprising! Made me wonder if it shouldn't be decanted. Texture is like regular shampoo. Design and Price: Very simple design, gives a professional vibe for a color-correcting shampoo. 300g for 24,000 won isn't bad if it's effective. Color-Correcting Results: Though it's not very noticeable in photos, after 5 uses, the yellow tones in the bleached parts were slightly neutralized. I think continued use would show more difference.
ConsScent: This is the biggest drawback for me. It smells like metal. While washing my hair, I suddenly noticed a metallic, fishy smell. That's why I followed up with my regular nice-smelling shampoo and conditioner. Without the second wash, the fishy and metallic smell really lingers. I'm not sure if all color-correcting shampoos are like this, as it's my first time using one, but the scent is extremely off-putting. Conclusion: Personally, while it's effective, the scent makes me not want to use it. I'd recommend it to those who want to quickly remove yellow tones from bleached hair and don't mind doing a second wash. However, if you can't tolerate the metallic smell during shampooing, I'd advise against using it.

As someone with dyed hair, I dislike yellow undertones, but after using this product, I could see the yellow tones being neutralized! It seems to work well for dyed or bleached hair.
ConsAs someone who prefers shampoos with strong cleansing power, I paid close attention to this aspect. However, being a color-correcting shampoo, its cleansing effectiveness feels somewhat lacking. Also, the scent isn't as pleasant as I expected, so I recommend most people avoid smelling it. Lastly, to see noticeable results in hair color correction, you usually need to use it for an extended period.
TipAfter trying it out, I noticed my hair felt quite dry after shampooing. I recommend applying a leave-in treatment after washing to combat this dryness.

Despite having wounds on my scalp, I didn't experience any tingling or irritation while washing my hair!! 👍 + It also has anti-hair loss properties, which made me feel even more at ease using it. These points were the main reasons I decided to use this product! 🌝 Texture and Lather The texture is slightly thicker compared to regular shampoos, and a little goes a long way when mixed with water! I was very pleased with how well it lathers when rubbed into the hair. ❄️ Color The color was completely clear when I first used it, but the next time it was a mix of purple, gray, and black~ 😎 Changes While this shampoo might be more effective on bleached hair, I don't have bleached hair. I had dyed my hair brown a while ago. As time passed, the color had faded quite a bit, leaving a somewhat outdated brown. After using this color-correcting shampoo, how should I describe it... it became a true brown without any yellow undertones?? I'll need to use it more for my hair to lighten further, but it seems the color-correcting effect is definitely there!!~~
Cons😭 Personally, I found the scent a bit disappointing... When I first dispensed the shampoo into my hand, it had a nice scent reminiscent of men's cologne mixed with citrus notes, which I thought was quite nice... The lather was good too, but the more I massaged it into my hair, the more I noticed a metallic smell... It was so strong that I couldn't even wait the full 3 minutes and had to rinse it out after just 1 minute.. This was my first time using a color-correcting shampoo, so I'm not sure if this scent is typical... The fragrance was fine when I first put it in my hand, but when I started washing my hair, it smelled strongly of metal, like a rusty pole..ㅠㅠ I'm not sure if it's just that this shampoo doesn't suit my hair type, but it didn't seem to work well for me...ㅠㅠ It's fine if you rinse thoroughly, so I think I'll use regular shampoo normally and only use this one mainly when I've bleached my hair. Overall: Recommended if you don't mind the scent!!
TipThe large quantity and pretty design would make it a nice gift. I put some on my hand for the review photo and wiped it off immediately, but the citrus and men's cologne scent lingered, making me dizzy ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ If you rinse thoroughly, the scent won't remain, so make sure to rinse well~!!

The first pump yields a clear formula, but the next day it comes out as a deep purple. I liked that it lathers up nicely when rubbed between the hands. Following the instructions, I left it on for about 3 minutes before rinsing on the first day. While I didn't notice much difference immediately after drying, around day 4, I could see the dyed parts and new gray growth taking on a brownish tone, evening out my complexion. Rather than expecting a dramatic transformation of white hair to colored, this product seems best suited for toning down the brassiness of dyed hair or adjusting the color of scattered long gray strands.
ConsThe biggest drawback was the scent. It's reminiscent of hair dye... To me, it had a somewhat mechanical smell, unlike typical shampoos on the market, which made the washing experience a bit uncomfortable.
TipWhile the shampoo cleanses well, it can leave your hair feeling a bit stiff afterwards. I'd definitely recommend using it with a nice-smelling conditioner or treatment for the best results.

I'm not currently bleached, so I can't feel the exact effects, but it seems to reduce color fading and bleeding even though I dyed my hair dark brown not long ago. That said, don't expect dramatic results. I'd comfortably recommend this to beginners like me who are just getting into color-protecting shampoos.
ConsIt makes my hair a bit stiff, so using it daily might cause more hair loss (conditioner or treatment is a must). Since I have a seborrheic scalp, I noticed a few blemishes appearing. The scent is slightly bothersome, and the volume is a bit awkward.
TipLeaving it on for 3 minutes seems crucial. If you rinse it out immediately, honestly, it doesn't seem much different from regular shampoo. It's likely to work better for dyed or bleached hair.

While it doesn't dramatically transform your hair color, it does help neutralize those unsightly yellow tones. This was especially noticeable for me since I've repeatedly bleached and dyed my hair. When I rinse it out, there's a subtle grayish, ashy tint that builds up! For a color-correcting shampoo, I'd say the ingredients are decent and it's pretty solid overall. The cleansing effectiveness wasn't bad either!
ConsTo be honest, I can't help but mention the scent that everyone's talking about... It has this metallic smell, like iron or steel. It's almost reminiscent of blood. And when you rinse it out, your hair feels quite stiff. I used to use the famous Fanola No Yellow, which was more effective at color correction. But I guess that's because the ingredients are different. Also, 300ml for this price doesn't offer great value for money. This volume of shampoo runs out too quickly...

Since it doesn't stain, you can comfortably apply it with bare hands. 2) Cleansing Effectiveness I've always felt disappointed with other functional shampoos because they don't lather well and leave hair feeling stiff. This product, however, creates a rich lather which I love, and it leaves my scalp feeling thoroughly cleansed and refreshed. 3) Scent Despite being a color-depositing shampoo, the fragrance isn't harsh. It's subtle, though with increased use, there's a slight hint of what might be a coloring scent or a unique aroma. 4) Ingredients I was initially concerned about the ingredients since it's a coloring shampoo, but they seem to be quite good. I've been using it about 3 times a week and haven't experienced any scalp irritation. As someone with sensitive skin, I was worried the shampoo might be harsh, but the Modamoda product has completed low-irritation tests, so it's gentle and I can use it with peace of mind.
ConsThe scent is slightly disappointing and might be bothersome with frequent use. In terms of price, it would be great if they could offer small discounts to improve the value for money.
TipRecommended for those who frequently bleach or dye their hair light colors.
