Pros
This cream doesn't let your skin get dry. I bought it looking at the ceramide content, and it's effective in improving the skin barrier.

Pros
It seems to be more helpful in winter than summer, even though it's for dry skin. If you apply it and sleep, you won't feel any dryness at all.

This is a review that I wrote after using up the entire bottle. It seems like I wrote this review about a month after using it almost every night (around 90% of the time) with my husband. In fact, I think I applied too much at first without knowing better, which is why I used it up so quickly! The description says that you only need to use a small amount, but I had the feeling that I needed to layer it on thinly multiple times to really lock in the moisture. This is because the cream I normally use seems to provide plenty of moisture, leaving a dewy and slightly shiny finish, while this one seems to have a more powdery, matte finish when applied. So I was unsure if it was actually providing the moisture and nourishment of the ampoule. But after using up the whole bottle, I can confirm that when I apply it properly and wake up in the morning, any blemishes have calmed down and my skin feels soft and balanced, without being overly oily. I think it's because of the high ceramide content! I would repurchase this product about 90% of the time.

1. As everyone has probably experienced, the application of this product was quite surprising at first. It really doesn't seem like it's going to spread, but you just need to take a tiny amount, warm it up in your hands, and gently press it into the skin. For those with good skin, it probably spreads easily, but when I first started using this cream, I had a lot of painful, red acne on my chin, so the application process was a bit irritating. So I would just lightly warm it in my palms (about 50% gets absorbed there 😭) and gently pat it onto my chin. But as I got more skilled, I'm now able to spread it thinly and evenly. I think as my skin has improved, it's become easier to apply as well. 2. When I would use this in the morning, even when applying a thin layer, the sunscreen I put on top would sometimes pill up and come off. It doesn't happen every time, but since every second counts in the morning rush, I ended up just using this at night. * I wouldn't recommend this to those who don't want to invest a lot of time in their skincare routine and just want to quickly slap something on and be done with it.
Tip
Despite the downsides mentioned, this cream is clearly a great product for locking in the benefits of the other products used beforehand. I use this as the final step in my evening routine, after a hydrating mask (like Crisma or Mediheal Hyaluronic Acid). The cream plays a big role in sealing in the moisture from the mask. Even with my acne-prone skin, I found this cream to be very helpful - my blemishes have really calmed down. I highly recommend this product!

This is a short-term review. The cream I tried was completely dense and had a matte feel, which was quite interesting. It had a white butter-like texture. The scent was almost fragrance-free, which was clean. When applying, you only need to dab on a small amount, and it can cover the entire face, so it seems like it will last a long time. When using it like a regular cream, it makes your face look like it's been powdered. ☞Moisturizing Power I have quite dry U-zone skin, but applying the Ceuticals Ceramide Cream in layers (or thickly) worked well for me. ☞Strengthening Barrier It really feels like my skin barrier is strengthened!! After applying, there's a sense that an extra layer has been added to my skin? It may be because the absorption is a bit less, but it feels firm and taut without any stickiness, which I liked. ☞Lasting Power The next day, when I apply another cream, my skin doesn't feel tight, which means this cream has great lasting power, haha. ☞Design The clean, simple design with a non-tacky dark green color makes it suitable to keep on my vanity. ☞Ingredients I applied for the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program just based on the ingredients, and they turned out to be a perfect match for me, with no issues. ☞Convenience Sometimes with jar-type creams, the spatula is either missing or doesn't fit in the jar, requiring separate storage. Those with extremely dry skin will likely benefit from this. As the weather gets colder, no matter how many layers I applied, I couldn't resolve the internal dryness. But the Ceramide cream, when used after my skincare routine, was able to address the internal dryness with just a small amount, which was great.

Even though it's a night-time type, it's almost like I have to scratch it off?? It's not at the level of being deeply absorbed, but more like I have to scratch it off to get it to come off...
