It was so incredibly dry that I bought it after seeing the ad. Hmm...it's not oily. The ingredients are good.
Cons
It's too hard to spread directly on the face, so I have to melt it in my hands...it's a hassle. It doesn't absorb well and just slides around. When I try to spread it while sliding, it doesn't spread well and ends up irritating my skin. It doesn't stick well when I try to pat it on, either...
