Texture: It's non-greasy and feels refreshing. Since it's not sticky, you can use it both day and night.

With rice as the main ingredient, it seems like it would be beneficial for skin health. When applied, it feels moisturizing and I like that there's no alcohol sensation.

When used together with a brightening ampoule or serum, it helps fade blemishes. It works even better if you exfoliate well before applying. Stock up when it's on sale!

It might sting a bit when your skin is not in good condition. Not recommended for summer use.

Why buy rice-related products if not for their brightening effects? This one definitely has brightening properties. It feels like a first essence, making it suitable for winter use. The texture is light yet moisturizing.

The disappointing aspect was the container. While the design is truly cute and pretty, every time I used it, a drop would run down the side of the bottle. Even when trying to use it neatly with a cotton pad, it kept dripping, which was a bit inconvenient.

Even with dry and atopic-prone skin, I experienced no blemishes or dryness! The scent was exactly like rice-scented cosmetics, and it was perfectly suitable as both an exfoliating toner and for the '3-skin' layering method.

With vegan products being all the rage, I had high hopes for this one! Here's my week-long review after using it during an overseas business trip:

1. Scent
The fresh, natural fragrance put me in a good mood from the moment I first dispensed it. I appreciated that it doesn't contain artificial fragrances, which can sometimes trigger allergic reactions.

2. Texture
As I patted the proper amount onto my face, I could feel my skin becoming clearer. Despite its water-like consistency, I was pleasantly surprised by its moisturizing power! Even after using an exfoliating toner, there was minimal irritation. For an extra boost of hydration without any deep dryness, I'd soak a 5-layer cotton pad and use it as a 5-minute mask.

3. Skin Improvement
My skin initially acted up during the trip, possibly due to the change in water. However, using this toner as a 5-minute mask before bed really helped calm my skin by morning!

* For a soothing effect, saturate Olive Young skin pack cotton pads with the toner and place them on areas of redness.

* I also recommend transferring it to an empty mist bottle for easy application.

While I'm extremely satisfied with this toner, giving it a 5-star rating, I find the price a bit high for the volume, especially considering how quickly watery toners tend to be used up.

As shown in the attached photo, the bottle's opening design makes it somewhat challenging to use the product neatly. It would be better if the opening protruded a bit more.

* Pairs well with other toners and skin products.
After using an ultra-light exfoliating toner, layering the Mida toner helps lock in moisture and envelops the skin in hydration.
* Provides a long-lasting cooling and refreshing sensation after application.
Seems to help reduce skin temperature (recommended for redness-prone skin).
* As someone who dislikes strongly fragranced products, the subtle floral scent of Mida toner is inoffensive.
* No adverse effects on sensitive skin.
* Clean ingredients make it suitable for all skin types!

It's perfect for toner masking if you soak cotton pads and keep them in the fridge! I prefer toner masks to sheet masks, and maybe it's because of the rice bran water, but after use, my complexion seems slightly brighter!

There's a slight residual feeling, so those looking for a lighter finish after using an exfoliating toner might not be fans!

Instead of purified water, it contains rice bran water, which might be why it feels light yet leaves a moisturizing, plump finish! Even after using an exfoliating toner, it still feels hydrating. It's not too watery, making it perfect for toner masking! Being a vegan product is another plus, and the packaging is absolutely gorgeous!

- After cleansing, gently remove excess water and apply small amounts multiple times, patting it in! The more you layer, the more hydrated and smooth the finish (without greasiness, it feels like your skin has fully absorbed the toner).

- I didn't find any downsides to the product itself. However, from a potential future customer's perspective, it would be great if they also offered it in a larger size.

- First off, the packaging is super convenient. I tried it as a first toner after cleansing, and unlike other products where you have to open the lid upwards or twist it, you can simply press the top to dispense the product. I love that! The container itself is slightly flexible, making it easy to control the amount. It seems they've put a lot of thought into the packaging.
- As for the most important aspect - the user experience - I was initially skeptical since it's a clear, water-like formula. But as soon as I applied it to my face and patted it in, I was instantly satisfied. I dispense a small amount, about one or two drops at a time, and apply it, repeating this 3-4 times with a cotton pad. With each layer, it applies clearly and finishes with a subtle, firming feeling? It's rare to find a product that immediately refines skin texture, but I felt it right away with this one. My skin was so dry and rough due to the changing seasons, but after using this for a few days to combat deep dryness, my skin feels much more comfortable.
- The brand seems new and unfamiliar, but after trying it, I get the feeling they've done a lot of research to create such a high-quality product... Actually, I've already added some of their other intriguing products to my cart on their official store. If they make such a great toner, I can only imagine how good their other products must be!

This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. I received the product on 9/20 and have been using it for about a week.

First, my skin type is combination dehydrated skin. I started using this product while looking for a new moisturizer for the changing seasons.

The texture is completely transparent and water-like. I barely noticed any scent, though it's not entirely fragrance-free...? Unless you're extremely sensitive to fragrances, you'll hardly notice it while using. Overall, it feels perfect for use as an exfoliating toner or for a skin pack!

The container has a transparent bottom to see the contents, with a cap that pops up when you press one side - similar to what you often see on shampoo bottles. It's 200ml, but the elongated bottle shape makes it look like there's more. After using it generously for a week, I've used up about two finger-widths worth.

I usually cleanse with foam morning and night, then wipe with a cotton pad and toner. I use whatever toner I have on hand. Lately, I've been using Witch** Bifida and Seed* Green* Toner. After using this product for a week, while there weren't any dramatic changes, I used it without any blemishes.

I was really satisfied with the results when using this as a skin pack! When I soaked a cotton pad and placed it on areas that were irritated, red, and warm, it had a noticeable soothing effect! Honestly, while it might not be the most cost-effective for daily use as an exfoliating toner, I'm considering purchasing it for occasional use as a skin pack!

Sometimes when closing the cap, the contents can splash around, which can be a bit inconvenient. Without a discount, I might hesitate a bit before purchasing.

Since this product doesn't specifically target acne, I'll need to use it longer to determine its soothing effects.
