Pros
Since rice bran water is used instead of purified water, the toner has a light yet moist and supple finish! Even after cleansing, the finish feels moisturized. It's not too light like water, so it's a great product for doing a toner pack. It's a vegan cosmetic product, and the packaging is so pretty too!
Cons
There's a slight residue left at the end, so those who prefer a very light finish may not like it.
Tip
It's great to keep the cotton pads soaked in the fridge and use them for the toner pack! I tend to use toner packs more than sheet masks, and since it has rice bran water, my skin tone looks a bit brighter after using it!

I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and got to try the product. The texture is watery, and after cleansing, I immediately applied it. It felt moisturizing and my skin became plump. I also used a toner-soaked cotton pad and then applied the cream. It helped with exfoliation and the cream absorbed well. I had my husband try it too, and neither of us experienced any breakouts, and our skin felt plump. I hope it helps my husband's skin, which got quite tanned over the summer.

Pros
There were about 4 good points: First, the fragrance was not burdensome and felt natural. Second, the formula was not like water that evaporates and disappears, but rather it remained moisturized on the skin after application. This was good for the cooler seasons, and in my case, since my skin is not oily, I layered this toner about twice, so the moisture was already satisfied, and I just finished with a light cream on top. I would recommend those with oily skin to apply it lightly and then follow up with a cream. Third, I felt that my skin texture improved! After using it for about a week, the texture became very smooth. When I woke up the next day after applying it at night, my skin felt baby-soft, as if the dead skin had been gently exfoliated. Lastly, the ingredients seem gentle. I used this during the time of the month when my skin was very sensitive, but there were no issues at all!
