There are a lot of lotions on the market that are marketed as "baby lotions". The advantage of products labeled as "baby lotions" is that they are usually gentle and have minimal irritation. However, the baby lotions I have used so far have claimed to be completely non-irritating and have even included test results, but in reality, my face often became red and I developed pimples when using them. (Of course, they are still less irritating than basic lotions, and my skin is also extremely sensitive, so that is a factor.) One thing consumers should keep in mind is that even if the ingredient list shows a safety grade of 0-2, the product can still be sufficiently irritating. In my case, irritation occurred when the product contained high concentrations of panthenol, or included ingredients like carbomer, ceteareth, or excessive plant and flower extracts or fermented ingredients, even if the overall safety grade was 0-2. Anyway, among the low-irritation lotions I have used, this product was the least irritating. The reason seems to be that it did not contain the problematic ingredients I mentioned above (the panthenol content also does not appear to be too high), and it also seems to use fewer preservatives. The ingredients are gentle and the scent is subtle, so it's good. It's vegan-certified and uses mainly natural plant-based ingredients, so there's no cross-contamination, which is reassuring. After my second child was born, I feel like I've tried a lot of different baby lotions. The Pureru lotion is great: ✔️It's a large size and reasonably priced ✔️It's unscented and not irritating, so it's easy to use on my baby ✔️I used up the whole bottle and wrote a review, and I didn't have any issues or troubles while using it - I was satisfied with it.
Cons
It absorbs slowly I'm an impatient person, so I prefer lotions that absorb quickly as soon as I apply them. This lotion requires me to rub it in multiple times before it fully absorbs (leaving a white residue). Other than the slow absorption, I'm satisfied with it!
