It caused blemishes so severe I had to visit the doctor. It was a complete disaster.
ConsI bought this as a body emulsion for my baby because it was supposed to have good ingredients, but it caused a severe rash all over the body, leading to a lot of suffering. At first, I wasn't sure, but when I stopped using it, things improved, and when I applied it again, the rash reappeared all over. The itching was so bad that my baby kept scratching, forcing us to visit the hospital. When I contacted the seller, they insisted there were no rash-inducing ingredients, but I don't know how they can be so confident. What about all those people on Hwahae reporting skin issues from products supposedly free of problematic ingredients? I question whether they truly understand cosmetics when responding to customers. Their defensive response asking if we ate something wrong shows a lack of basic customer service. They suggested that if it doesn't suit the baby, parents could use it, but I'm very uncomfortable with that idea. My baby had to go to the hospital and apply steroid ointment all over. If they had any conscience, shouldn't they at least refund the product? Even if it didn't cause a rash, another drawback is that it doesn't absorb properly, leaving a white residue like sunscreen. Do they expect babies to wait until it's fully absorbed? It's not a good product for applying on babies. The photo below shows the scabs after the rash subsided. Tiny, red, bumpy rashes appeared all over the body, and some areas were scratched to the point of injury. The face was the only area spared from the rash, thanks to using a different cream there.
