Their defensive response of asking if I ate something wrong is also unacceptable. They said if the baby can't use it, the parents can, but I still feel uneasy about using it. My baby had to go to the hospital and had steroid ointment all over their body, so shouldn't the company at least refund the product if they have any conscience?
Even if it's not a rash, the product is also a downside because it sits white on the skin and doesn't absorb properly. Do they wait for babies to fully absorb it?? It's not a good product for applying on babies.
