I bought this baby body lotion because it was said to have good ingredients, but I suffered severely from a rash all over my body. At first, I was hesitant, but when I stopped using it, the rash went away. When I used it again, the rash came back all over my body. It was so itchy that I kept scratching, and I had to go to the hospital. When I asked the seller, they claimed there were no irritating ingredients, but I don't know how they can be so sure. On Hwahae, there are reviews from people who had skin troubles with products claimed to be free of problem ingredients. I doubt they properly understand cosmetics and respond to customers. Their defensive response of asking if I ate something wrong is also unacceptable. They said if the baby can't use it, the parents can, but I still feel uneasy about using it. My baby had to go to the hospital and had steroid ointment all over their body, so shouldn't the company at least refund the product if they have any conscience?
Even if it's not a rash, the product is also a downside because it sits white on the skin and doesn't absorb properly. Do they wait for babies to fully absorb it?? It's not a good product for applying on babies.
The photo below is after the rash has subsided and scabs have formed. Small, red, bumpy rashes were all over my body, and some areas were scratched and wounded. Luckily, my face was spared, thanks to using a different cream.

The moisturizing power is too weak. I can understand the absorption being weaker since it's a natural cosmetic, but the moisturizing power is really too weak. It has less moisturizing power than the lotion my baby's dad uses, so it wouldn't be effective for the baby.
And they say it has centella extract, but why isn't it calming and instead worsening the skin?

The only good thing was the good price-to-volume ratio. I wanted to give it 1 star, but I held back. I gave it 2 stars because of the price and customer service.

Using it with an oil or cream would probably make it feel more moisturizing.

Since my child and I have quite dry skin, I think using this as a standalone product might be a bit challenging, especially in the winter.
In terms of spreadability, you need to pat and rub it in multiple times, but after application, I didn't really feel a sense of moisture or oil.
If I had to guess, I'd say it absorbs quite slowly, so in the summer, it might not feel very comfortable.
I think it would be better to use this together with an oil or cream in the winter.
