While using this, I felt it was similar to the Torriden Dive-In Serum. Turns out 73% of the ingredients match! For a brand I'd never heard of before, the hydration is really impressive. I didn't experience any blemishes, but I was disappointed to discover I'd bought a product with a short shelf life without realizing it. I'll probably use it all up by the end of summer... Even with discounts, it's not exactly a value-for-money product! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 23, 2023
After my evening cleanse and toner, I layered this product twice before finishing with serum and cream. My skin felt hydrated without any tightness - I'm really satisfied with the moisture level! There was no dryness or tightness even by morning, so the oil-moisture balance and lasting power were great. As I have sensitive skin, I always use products that support my skin barrier in my evening routine. I added the Anua Tightening Ampoule to my nighttime essence/ampoule step because it contains copper tripeptide, which is said to help damaged skin. The texture is watery, but it leaves a nice firm feeling on the skin with a slightly slick surface. Being super sensitive and reactive, I felt a tiny bit of irritation. It has a coconut scent, which wasn't really my cup of tea! My skin was fine before use, but after just one application, I was shocked to find a huge blemish on my forehead... This happened even though my cleansing and basic routine were exactly the same as usual. The ingredients seem good, so I'm not sure what didn't agree with my skin. I like that the container is transparent so you can see the contents. However, it's chubbier than typical ampoules and the dropper is short, which left me wanting more with each use. A longer dropper would make it more convenient to use. The artificial fragrance was a no-go for me. I think this would be great for layering multiple times during seasonal changes or in winter when skin gets extremely dry. It's not too heavy for summer use either, so it seems versatile for year-round use. I was satisfied with the price for the amount you get and the hydration level. However, as someone with sensitive skin who's very picky about cleansing and skincare products, I'm hesitant to purchase due to the irritation and blemishes it caused. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 23, 2023
- This review is based on my experience using the product diligently for 2 weeks, both morning and evening, as part of The Hwahae Testers program. - First, I was impressed by the eco-friendly packaging and container, which shows the brand's commitment to environmental consciousness. - As someone with super sensitive skin prone to deep dryness, I'm usually very careful about ingredients when purchasing skincare. I was reassured to see this product contains healthy ingredients like hyaluronic acid and peptides, known for soothing and hydrating the skin. Throughout the 2-week trial, I didn't experience any blemishes, burning sensation, or other side effects - it worked well for my skin. - Unlike some other serums that sometimes sit on top of my skin, the Ansr Hydrating Ampoule absorbed quickly without leaving any residue, which I really appreciated. - While one application wasn't enough to completely address my deep dryness, layering the product multiple times did the trick. The lightweight liquid texture made it easy to apply several layers without it taking too long to absorb. - While I liked how quickly the ampoule absorbed into my skin, I didn't feel like it immediately tackled my deep dryness with just one application. I found I needed to apply 2-3 layers to really address the dehydration. - Applying multiple layers not only helps combat deep dryness but also provides long-lasting hydration - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 23, 2023
I really liked that this product isn't too heavy, nor does it run like water. It has just the right consistency for easy application. As someone with dry skin, I always stressed about my makeup looking flaky, but after using this generously at night after cleansing and lightly in the morning, my makeup looks much smoother. It definitely seems to impact hydration levels! I've been worried lately about whether my base products or my skin was the problem, as my makeup wasn't sitting well. I'm so grateful this seems to have solved the issue! The fragrance-free formula didn't cause any discomfort, and despite my skin being prone to blemishes when products don't suit me, this one worked perfectly without any issues. I think I'll keep purchasing this in the future! If you apply a bit too much, it can pill slightly, almost like dead skin cells. You'll need to be careful with the amount you use! To be honest, there's not really anything else to complain about... just pay attention to how much you're applying. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 23, 2023
Hello! As a selected member of The Hwahae Testers, I've been consistently using this product and I'm here to share my review. 1. Usage Period: - May 12th (Friday) to May 22nd (Monday) - 11 days 2. Skin Type: Combination dehydrated, sensitive, prone to redness, dry cheeks 3. Pros: 1) Texture: Water-type essence 2) Feel: Absorbs well, no residue 3) Great for use before makeup due to quick absorption and no sticky feeling 4) Sturdy dropper that dispenses the ampoule well 5) Fragrance: Unscented 6) No blemishes during the usage period 7) Recyclable glass container 4. Overall Assessment: I recommend this product for those looking for a well-absorbing, gentle hydrating product. It's excellent to apply before makeup. It also works well with beauty devices! While it's a product that anyone can use comfortably without major drawbacks, those who dislike unscented products or desire intense hydration might find the moisture level a bit lacking. Layering the essence leaves a moisturized feeling without any residue, and it's great to use with beauty devices. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 22, 2023
I have combination skin that's dry on my cheeks and chin. I saw this on social media and wanted to try it, so I was thrilled to be selected for The Hwahae Testers! It's an ampoule that can really tackle deep dryness. Texture: Very fluid and flows easily. Scent: Doesn't seem to have added fragrance. There's a slight scent, but it's close to unscented. Experience: Absorbs well and quickly. When you apply it, you can feel the hydration reaching deep into your skin. It also has a cooling effect that could be great for soothing. Ingredients: No concerning ingredients at all, completely gentle. I didn't experience any blemishes. Packaging: The packaging is so pretty! The bottle is beautiful, and even the color of the ampoule itself is lovely. There's not really anything negative to say. If I had to nitpick, while the bottle is pretty, it's quite wide and takes up a bit of space. This would be great for combination dehydrated skin or dry skin types. If you have deep dryness, give it a try. I used it like a mask by applying it with a cotton pad on my cheeks - it cooled down my skin, left it moisturized, and felt great. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 22, 2023
My skin type isn't prone to sudden breakouts, but it seems like as soon as one blemish disappears, another pops up! My T-zone is oily while my cheeks are dry. The tricky part is that if I apply something too moisturizing, I break out... It's like, what am I supposed to do? That's the kind of skin I have! I really liked that the ingredients are great and gentle on the skin! I was worried it might be drying, but it turned out to be quite hydrating! While this product doesn't seem to cause blemishes, I did notice fewer breakouts compared to my previous skincare routine. However, strangely enough, when I apply this ampoule, the butterfly zone of my face feels somewhat uneven. I'm not sure if this means it doesn't suit my skin or what - it's a bit ambiguous. I think I need to use it for a longer period to really tell. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 22, 2023
I was lucky enough to win this in an event, and it exceeded my expectations! I'm thrilled with the results! My skin is super sensitive with blemishes, deep dryness, and scarring. Despite this, I trusted the reviews about its gentleness and gave it a try. After applying, I didn't experience any new blemishes, and I didn't feel any dryness at all! It's truly gentle, I mean it! Just the fact that it didn't cause any blemishes makes me very satisfied. I'm definitely considering repurchasing. The only downside is... well, there isn't really a downside. Maybe the price is a tad on the higher side...? It works great when used as the first step after cleansing, followed by the Aestura 365 cream. That combination is absolutely fantastic! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 22, 2023
I have combination dehydrated and sensitive skin. When I use products that don't suit me, I often get painful red acne or an explosion of sebum-like bumps. However, this product didn't cause any of those blemishes after use. It's unique in that it's an ampoule with a runny texture closer to a toner. When applied, it feels slicker than a typical toner, almost like water mixed with seaweed. This gives it a more moisturizing feel. My routine usually involves applying this ampoule after cleansing, followed by a hydrating cream, and then an extra layer of cream on particularly dry areas. It seems like a product that even combination dehydrated skin can use comfortably in summer without causing excess oil production. The runny texture makes it a bit challenging to control the amount, but the dropper helps compensate for this to some extent. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 22, 2023
Skin type: #21 Dry Feel: The texture is like water, flowing smoothly as soon as you squeeze it out. The product is transparent and fragrance-free. It absorbs lightly while providing rich hydration. It works well as a base for makeup, with no pilling or caking. While it might feel a bit dry in winter, it should be great for spring, summer, and fall. As the weather's getting warmer, I've been looking for a lightweight product that still packs a hydration punch, and this fits the bill. There's no irritation or blemishes, so even with my super sensitive skin, I find myself reaching for it often. If I had to point out a drawback, when using it for night care, you need to layer it about 3 times to get that plump hydration. However, even with multiple layers, it absorbs well and doesn't cause the next step in your routine to pill. The fact that it absorbs without interfering with subsequent products is definitely a plus. Depending on your skin condition and intended use, layering it two or three times can make this a moisturizing serum suitable for combination dehydrated skin, combination, and dry skin types. It also works well under makeup, so I recommend using it before applying cosmetics.
