It applies smoothly with a nice hydrating feel and no irritation. I love that it's not sticky at all. The staying power isn't great, and there's a noticeable artificial fragrance which is a bit disappointing. The product absorbs well and feels comfortable on the skin. However, its longevity could be improved, and those sensitive to scents might want to be cautious. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 7, 2025
Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin (Sensitive + Acne-prone + Blemish marks) I tried a sample of the Torriden CICA Cream after purchasing the CICA Serum on Hwahae, and I loved it so much that I bought the full-size product! Hydration (Good) - This cream is packed with hydration without any oiliness! I use it daily as it doesn't irritate my skin even on sensitive and dry days. Texture, Application (Good) - The application is fantastic, and the texture absorbs quickly. I often layer it twice, and it still feels light and refreshing without any heaviness. Moisture Retention (Normal) - Due to its lightweight texture and minimal oil content, it doesn't seem to last very long when used alone. To improve longevity, I recommend applying it after a richer serum or following up with a more emollient cream. For combination dehydrated or dry skin: I recommend using it in conjunction with an oil-based serum or cream rather than using it alone. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 19, 2025
It's easy to apply and I recommend it. There are no drawbacks. There's nothing particularly wrong with it, but the hydration doesn't seem to last very long. That's a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 31, 2025
It's moisturizing and seems gentle enough for acne-prone skin The hydration doesn't seem to last very long, so I've been applying an additional moisturizer on top - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinDec 23, 2024
The fragrance, absorption, and balanced richness are great. It doesn't seem to clog pores. For a moisturizer, its hydration doesn't last very long. Also, it can easily aggravate blemishes when applied to troubled skin. It's best used when your skin is clear of blemishes and not extremely dry. Consider pairing it with hyaluronic acid products for added hydration. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinNov 26, 2024
I noticed an improvement in my redness when I applied this, and it was comfortable to use even during summer. The quantity isn't generous, so I had to use it sparingly, which was disappointing. Also, it doesn't seem to have long-lasting effects. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSep 15, 2024
I've been using Torriden's CICA Ampoule and CICA Soothing Cream for about a year now, and my skin has improved tremendously compared to when I used other products. Every time I meet people, they compliment me on how good my skin looks. My skin is prone to dermatitis and flares up easily if I use even slightly incompatible cosmetics. Recently, I used a toner that didn't suit me and suffered for a month, but when I went back to the CICA cream, it calmed my dermatitis in just three days, and now it's completely gone. It seems to be very gentle and has excellent soothing properties. Also, I love that the cream has a nice, rich texture that doesn't just provide moisture and evaporate quickly. I've already gone through three bottles of this CICA cream! I think I'll stick with Torriden for my basic skincare routine forever. The staying power is a bit lacking, so you need to reapply it frequently. Also, it would be better if it came in a tube format. After using it for a year, I've found my own method to deal with its weak staying power. I apply the CICA ampoule once, then apply a bit more, followed by a layer of cream. After it absorbs, I apply another layer of cream. This method makes it last much longer than applying it just once. I highly recommend trying this technique! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 8, 2024
The hydration level is truly impressive, making it perfect for summer use! It doesn't seem to cause any blemishes either. The staying power seems a bit lacking, so I don't think it would work well in winter... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinApr 13, 2024
I think I've found my go-to cream. Unlike other products that make my skin super oily when I apply sunscreen in summer, this one doesn't cause that issue. Since it's a gel cream, it seems the hydration doesn't last as long. If you plan to use drying ingredients like retinol in your serum or ampoule step, make sure to apply plenty of this cream afterwards. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2024
Great for soothing the skin. It's moisturizing and offers good value for money. I'm satisfied with it. It seems to lack staying power. I don't think it helps much with deep dryness.
