Leaving it on the skin for about 5 to 10 minutes, the skin feels moisturized and soft. It flows down and is difficult to use without a dispenser. It doesn't irritate the skin, but when applied near the eyes, it may feel slightly irritating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 16, 2024
I have acne-prone combination dehydrated skin with redness. The biggest advantage is its excellent soothing effect. Immediately after application, my skin feels calmer (it doesn't reduce heat, but it soothes acne and redness). There's absolutely no irritation. When it dries, there's no residue or stickiness, leaving my skin moisturized. It's definitely in the top 4 of all the toners I've tried so far. I love that the packaging doesn't look cheap. The toner bottle design is aesthetically pleasing, giving off a luxurious cosmetic bottle vibe. It's a shame it might be difficult to recycle though. It works great in synergy with other Fation series products! And I really appreciate that it's a daily soothing item... it gives such a comfortable feeling. There's nothing particularly bad, but it's very runny and sometimes gushes out. Also, if you try to absorb a large amount of essence at once, it doesn't absorb well, so you need to layer it gradually, building it up one layer at a time. It's not meant for reducing heat or intense hydration. Additional moisturizing is essential. It doesn't give a cooling sensation. While it's already great as is, I think it would be even better if it had a cooling effect! Fation Toner → Fation Trouble Serum → Fation Trouble Cream This combination works wonders for soothing the skin! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 6, 2024
The consistency is fluid and smooth. It's fragrance-free and absorbs instantly into the skin. I'm not sure about its blemish-calming effects yet. The texture is a bit too runny, so it keeps dripping off my hands during application. I think it might work better in a spray format. The lack of fragrance can be both a pro and a con. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 21, 2023
It's a gentle exfoliating toner! I really love that it's fragrance-free and colorless. It's a clean toner, and with consistent use, I can feel my skin becoming more soothed. It's quite watery, so it tends to drip when applying it from your hands to your face. However, you can also use it with a cotton pad, so it's not a major drawback. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSep 15, 2023
The hydration and absorption were definitely impressive The amount is small, and it keeps running down, making it difficult to wipe off. Also, there's a slightly artificial scent that lingers - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 18, 2023
I'm grateful to the Hwahae team for selecting me as one of The Hwahae Testers and giving me the chance to try this product. My skin has been a real challenge - combination dehydrated, super sensitive, prone to redness, blemishes, dark spots, and enlarged pores. You name it, I've got it! I've had experiences where products seemed fine at first, but then suddenly, blemishes would pop up out of nowhere, which was quite stressful. I started using the Noscarna 9 Trouble Clear Toner right away after receiving it. Amazingly, after just 2-3 days, I noticed my blemishes calming down and gradually disappearing. I was thrilled to find a product that works so well for my skin! ✅ Texture: It has a watery consistency, almost like pure water! It's so fluid that you need to apply it quickly to your skin right after pouring it into your palm, or it'll drip away. ✅ Scent: It's practically fragrance-free! There's a very faint alcohol-like scent at the end, but it's barely noticeable. This makes it suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances in their skincare routine. ✅ Blemish Response: Even when I applied it to areas with active blemishes, they seemed to calm down quickly. There was no stinging or burning sensation, even when patting it into troubled areas. It actually felt soothing. ✅ Application: After patting it into the skin, it leaves a slightly moisturized feeling! It should be fine for those with combination dehydrated or sensitive skin like mine. It might feel a bit rich for very oily skin types, but everyone's skin is different. For dry skin, you might want to layer a serum or ampoule on top for extra hydration. ✅ Quantity: The 200ml bottle might seem like it would run out quickly, but since I apply it with my hands, it's lasting quite well. The bottle opening is quite small, so when you pour it into your hand, it tends to run off quickly. I wonder if a pump dispenser might have been more practical. While the quantity isn't particularly small or large, I do wish there was a bit more product in the bottle. The screw-top lid means if you accidentally drop it, it'll roll away, which can be a bit annoying. I typically prefer to apply it with my hands. You could use it with a cotton pad for a toner mask if you like, but that tends to use up the product much faster. I find patting it into the skin with my hands works well. Using it as a toner mask with cotton pads is also a great option if you prefer that method! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 12, 2023
I'm currently using a sample of this toner. It comes sealed before opening and has a watery consistency that flows smoothly. It absorbs quickly and feels light on the skin, but not overly so. This toner provides both hydration and soothing effects. It leaves my skin feeling pleasantly moisturized. Due to its watery consistency, the toner flows quite freely. Since I'm using a sample, it's not easy to control the amount. Some accidentally got into my eyes, causing a stinging sensation, so I had to immediately rinse it out with water. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 6, 2023
As someone with super sensitive skin, even basic skincare products can cause tingling or blemishes if they're not gentle enough. This product, however, has great ingredients and is so mild that I could apply it to my face without any worries. Since I received it as part of The Hwahae Testers program, my usage period was short, so I didn't see dramatic improvements in my blemishes. However, it seems like the number of new blemishes appearing has slightly decreased. It's a great product for light application both morning and evening. There's not really anything to complain about, but if I had to mention something, the formula is quite watery. This means it can be easy to spill when applying with your hands. It might be more convenient to use with a pad or cotton pad. Given the runny consistency, I recommend using it with a pad or cotton pad. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 6, 2023
It's a refreshing water toner. This product is designed to manage excess oil and dead skin cells, and I think it perfectly fits that purpose. It seems to lightly refine the skin. Since it's summer, anything too sticky or heavy feels burdensome, but this product is great to use right now. When I put it on a cotton pad, it stings a little. It's quite runny like water, so there might be some waste. I also use the remaining amount to lightly wipe my body. It seems quite good for preventing back acne or other summer blemishes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 5, 2023
The texture is exactly what you'd expect from a traditional toner. It's very watery and flows easily, just like in the photo. To be honest, I hadn't seen dramatic results with toner pads before, so I thought this would be similar. But surprisingly, even without using cotton pads and applying it directly to my skin, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin texture! I've heard that some people find pads irritating, so maybe that's why. I've been using it generously, and the bottle seems to last longer than expected. If you're considering going back to using a toner and aren't sure which one to choose, I highly recommend this watery toner! I didn't really find any downsides. It's exactly what you'd expect from a toner, and it provides great hydration, making it perfect as the first step in your skincare routine. Of course, some people might not be used to such a runny texture. Remember, toner is just the first step in your skincare routine, so follow up with a serum and moisturizer for best results! I know many people use this for the '7-skin method', but if you have super sensitive skin like me, try applying it directly without a cotton pad. I was able to use this without any blemishes or irritation! It provides hydration and leaves a slight stickiness after application, which sets it apart from other toners that evaporate quickly.
