It really evens out my skin tone nicely.
ConsUnfortunately, it doesn't absorb well and caused some eye irritation. The staying power isn't great either.

It's just okay, nothing special.
ConsTo be honest, there are more disappointments than positives. The staying power isn't great, and even though it's a brightening moisturizer, it leaves a messy, foundation-like tint on the skin. I might be more critical because I've used a gentle brightening sunscreen before that didn't transfer much. I probably won't repurchase this.

However, it's not overly rich. It's easy to spread and blend with your fingers. ✓ No Pilling Unlike some products that pill when mixed with skincare, this sunscreen doesn't pill at all.
Cons? Longevity The brightening effect seems to fade rather quickly. ? Sufficient Sun Protection There are concerns about whether this product alone provides adequate UV protection. Some say brightening products may have reduced sun protection, and it's difficult to apply the correct amount due to its brightening nature.
TipAfter applying the sunscreen, you can achieve a matte finish with a slight blurring effect by dusting on some powder foundation.

While unscented, if you sniff closely, there's a slight sunscreen-like scent ✔️Texture / Application The moisturizing formula glides on smoothly, even when applied by hand! It sets to a semi-matte finish with a natural glow that I really like ✔️Brightening effect The pink-beige color naturally evens skin tone, perfect for a bare-faced look or as a base for makeup! ✔️Blurring effect It fills in pores and uneven texture, making skin appear smoother! ✔️Packaging Easy to control the amount dispensed The matte pink-beige packaging matches the product color, making it easy to identify. It also has Braille labeling
ConsAs someone with oily skin, I found the longevity a bit disappointing, especially when wearing a mask
TipFor those with oily skin, applying with a puff instead of your fingers can help improve staying power!

Texture - With the current trend of foundation-free makeup, sunscreens with brightening effects like this are popular. The texture of this product is similar to traditional sunscreens. Due to its brightening function, it has a slight pink tint. As you blend it in, it dries quickly and adheres well to the skin. 2. Brightening effect - The beige color with a pink undertone allows for a natural-looking complexion enhancement. 3. Hydration - I thought it might be drying as it felt similar to older sunscreens when it dried down, but surprisingly it didn't feel particularly dry or tight on the skin.
ConsThe most disappointing aspect was its longevity as time passed. Of course, it's hard to expect exceptional staying power from a brightening moisturizer sunscreen, I usually finish my makeup with just a brightening moisturizer and powder. Normally, this method provides excellent longevity, But strangely, this product seems to break down over time, settling into the pores around my nose... The Witch Factory foundation-free sunscreen I purchased before also broke down similarly, settling into my nose pores... Is this a limitation of brightening moisturizers? Also, when applied with fingers, it tends to pill and leave marks.. It's a bit better when patted on with a puff, but it's inconvenient to need a tool for application - it's a sunscreen, not a BB cream.
TipFor this product, it's best to apply like a BB cream: squeeze a small amount onto the back of your hand, then use your favorite puff to distribute it evenly on your cheeks, forehead, nose, etc. This method helps prevent pilling and ensures even application. Applying this way seems to reduce settling into pores, especially around the nose. If you're using other brightening sunscreens and find they don't adhere well, pill, or settle into pores when applied with fingers, try using a puff instead.

Smooth application and a natural dewy glow. Great moisture retention. The texture has a slight viscosity but applies smoothly. Using a pore brush enhances the application. After setting, there's a subtle glow that looks hydrated. The bright peach tone provides substantial coverage - it even concealed my dark circles. Compared to my usual routine of using Green Mild with a slight white cast and just concealer for dark circles, this product evens out the skin tone more noticeably, like wearing BB cream or foundation. I'd rate it 3.5 stars. It's good, but having used and loved the same brand's Green Mild (5 stars) and Brightening (4.5 stars), it's hard to rate this one as highly in comparison.
ConsLongevity, adherence, and color could be improved. While the hydration is better than the Brightening version, it oddly tends to crack and break down. Using less might help, but as it's a sunscreen rather than a tone-up base, skimping on the recommended amount isn't an option. The color may vary for individuals, but on my skin, it looks a bit dark and dull. Compared to the Brightening version which finishes with a powdery feel, this product is more challenging to apply smoothly.
TipCurrent skin condition: Sensitive combination skin with almost no acne, prone to clogged pores, decent oil-moisture balance, and no dead skin cells. I've been using Green Mild Up Sun consistently since spring 2022, and finished a 70ml Brightening Up Sun in summer 2022. Let's compare this product (which I'll call Moisture) with Green Mild Up Sun (Green) and Brightening Up Sun (Brightening): Moisture retention: Moisture > Green > Brightening. Powdery finish: Brightening > Green > Moisture. Coverage and tone-up effect: Moisture > Brightening > Green. Longevity and adherence: Green > Brightening > Moisture.
