The brightening moisturizer works wonders! I've been applying it not just on my face, but also on my arms, neck, and the back of my hands. I'm already on my second bottle! I frequently applied it to my neck area, but at some point, dead skin cells started to build up and even caused some irritation.. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 11, 2025
It really brightens up the skin nicely and has a pleasant application. Whether it's contact dermatitis or seborrheic dermatitis, using this makes it flare up badly. I can't use it on my face, so I'm only applying it to my neck. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 9, 2024
It's moisturizing, and unlike the Cosrx tone-up cream, this one doesn't leave a white cast Oh no! My skin had a bad reaction to this. Even if I sometimes get patchy makeup, I'd rather stick with the Cosrx one - Hwahae UserNormal SkinOct 30, 2024
Natural brightening effect, lightweight formula, and affordable price are the biggest advantages Immediately causes blemishes... Can't use it due to the redness and burning sensation - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 5, 2024
It applies thinly like a moisturizer and feels hydrating, but it's not dewy. It's similar to sunscreen in texture. I have acne-prone, sensitive skin, and this product caused my skin to break out badly. I tried using it alone, thinking it might be reacting with other products, but as you can see in the photo, it made my skin very sore and irritated. No additional comments. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
This product has been my absolute favorite since high school! I've been using it for about 6-7 years now. It's a staple in my cosmetics collection, and even when I've tried other brightening moisturizers, I always come back to this one. It truly doesn't pill, has great staying power, isn't drying, and isn't overly hydrating either. It's simply the best brightening moisturizer I've ever used. I've tried all the hyped products and lesser-known ones too. This one really clarifies my complexion and effectively evens out my skin tone. As someone whose face feels heavy with foundation, I can't live without this product. I never had blemishes from using this before, but after my skin became more sensitive and my skin barrier weakened, applying this alone causes my skin to react badly. It leads to small bumps and excess oil production. While it could be due to the product expiring, I'd advise against using it when your skin is in a sensitive state. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 18, 2023
1. Natural brightening effect 2. True to Nine Wishes' reputation for hydrating ampoules, it doesn't dry out the skin 3. Absorbs well 4. Convenient pump dispenser for easy application I was initially surprised by its white cast, but after application, there was no ghostly appearance, which I really appreciated. When I first used it, I experienced some blemishes, possibly due to my skin condition at the time. It seems the compatibility with cushions or foundations applied over this brightening moisturizer is more important than I expected. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinOct 18, 2023
Light absorption (not sticky or thick) - Absorbs very well Moisturizing Soft Natural brightening effect Vegan product As a brightening moisturizer, both the texture and natural look are excellent! If you're not great at applying makeup, give this a try! I didn't check the ingredients carefully when I requested this product. My skin has become super sensitive lately, and if I apply the wrong sunscreen, my skin stings. I had settled on Dal* as it was the only one that worked for me, but this one also stung too much. I couldn't apply it more than once. This is specific to extremely sensitive skin, so those who can't use just any sunscreen, please take note. I was concerned that the ingredients aren't particularly skin-friendly. Not recommended for those who prioritize ingredients. I think I'll have to switch to a different product. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 18, 2023
Skin type: combination dehydrated, shade 18-21, sensitive, prone to redness, visible pores, blackheads+whiteheads, oily T-zone, extremely dry around the chin. Pregnancy-induced redness and dryness from under the nose to around the mouth, with flaking and itching when dry. Recently got quite tanned on a babymoon trip and my skin hasn't recovered yet, so I've been really interested in brightening and evening out my skin tone. I never expected to be so lucky to win this! I was excited to try it and wow, it feels like applying a super moisturizing cream that absorbs well!!! This will be perfect for the dry transitional season and winter. The way it applies is in a whole different league compared to other brightening moisturizers I own. With its natural skin-evening effect, it's perfect for this pregnant lady who still wears a mask. It's light enough to use casually for hospital visits or walks. Being vegan with skin-friendly ingredients, I can use it with peace of mind!! As the weather's getting colder and I'm entering a more stable second trimester, my skin's redness has subsided a bit. When I use this brightening moisturizer, it gives me just the right amount of radiance! However, it seems to pill like eraser shavings when I apply it, maybe it's not compatible with my skincare routine? (I use it after One Thing toner - serum - Aestura 365 cream) It's okay if I remove the pilled product with a sponge, but after some time, it settles into the pores around my nose. The SPF is a bit low, so I need to apply additional sunscreen. I think I still need to find the right skincare combination that works with this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 15, 2023
The pump dispenser is a major plus in my book. If it were just a squeeze tube, it'd be a pain to use when you're nearly out. But with this pump, it's easy to control the amount on the back of your hand, and you can comfortably use it right to the last drop. The price isn't bad either if you catch it on sale. When you apply it, it spreads like an emulsion and absorbs well. It's lightweight, so my skin doesn't feel suffocated, and I love the subtle powdery scent. Whether I use foundation or cushion over it, it pills. I applied everything the same as usual, even using less product, but it still balls up or pills. This is a first for me. I guess it just doesn't agree with my skin. It seems best to use this product on its own. If needed, maybe just add a bit of concealer.
