The expression is impressive. As soon as it is applied, it adheres closely to the skin and the breakdown is also beautiful, and the coverage is excellent, so when used on special days, it gives a sense of confidence. Even when it breaks down, it does not clump or become messy, and it naturally transforms into a radiant finish, so touch-ups are not burdensome. It is moisturizing yet finishes with a powdery feel, so it was perfect for combination skin, and the pore coverage was quite good as well. Time tends to cause a slight darkening, so it's best to apply it one shade lighter than desired initially. It's also on the pricier side, so using it daily may be burdensome. The puff's durability is somewhat weak, so frequent cleaning or replacement may be necessary. When making corrections, gently dab on a small amount with a puff, and it will cover without becoming too thick. There will be hardly any visible signs of reapplication, resulting in a very neat finish. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 9, 2025
Compared to other cushion foundations, this one has decent adherence and coverage The longevity is a bit disappointing, and for those with dry skin, it can emphasize texture and flakiness if there are dead skin cells - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 7, 2025
It stays put for a long time without breaking down and has excellent adherence. Plus, there's no darkening of the skin. The puff is too small... It takes way too long to apply makeup. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinFeb 6, 2025
I've been using this for about 2 years now. It adheres well to the skin and doesn't break down throughout the day. The coverage is excellent. It's quite rich, so you definitely need to set it with powder. Without powder, your face might look excessively oily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 20, 2025
This is my holy grail cushion! It's absolutely flawless for me! The adherence is excellent and it provides great coverage. It's wonderfully moisturizing too. After trying all other cushions, I always come back to this YSL one. The quantity is small and it's incredibly expensive... It runs out so quickly. The price is truly the only drawback, so I recommend stocking up when you're at duty-free shops. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinDec 8, 2024
Coverage: Surprisingly good coverage that naturally conceals even acne scars. Impressive! Adherence & Longevity: The puff applicator helps it blend seamlessly without any patchiness. It lasted for 12 hours without breaking down (except for some natural oil production). Price: Well, it's Yves Saint Laurent after all, so the cost is unavoidable. But that case is truly stunning... - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinDec 5, 2024
I loved how it adhered well to my skin and provided just the right amount of coverage for a natural-looking complexion. At first, it felt moisturizing, but as someone with combination dehydrated skin, I noticed it became quite drying as time passed. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 9, 2024
The adherence is excellent, effectively covering pores and giving the skin a smooth appearance. As someone with dry skin, I find it keeps my skin moisturized after application. It's not very effective at covering dark spots and blemishes. I had to deduct one star due to its weak coverage. I've found a great technique: first cover dark spots and blemishes with concealer, then lightly apply two thin layers of the compact powder. This achieves perfect coverage and brings out that coveted Inner Glow. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 3, 2024
The color is beautiful and it adheres naturally to the skin after application. The price is quite high. Since refills aren't available for this product, you have to buy a new one every time. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 1, 2024
This product applies thinly with excellent adherence. The case is both pretty and sturdy. This product is best suited for those with already good skin. The coverage is somewhat disappointing.
