ConsDue to its texture, I end up using a lot, so it runs out quickly... The scent is really not to my liking, making it painful to use every time. It's an obvious cosmetic smell that feels like artificial fragrance pretending to be natural, making me want to hold my nose. The product performance is decent, but I won't be repurchasing

Cleansing effectiveness As it's a cleansing product, I was mainly concerned about how well it removes makeup and manages sebum - and I'm happy to say it did not disappoint. As you can see in the last photo, it effectively cleansed even when I had contour makeup on, and it washed away glitter cleanly too. 2. Ingredients The gentle ingredients meant I could use it without any blemishes appearing on my super sensitive skin. 3. Spatula The included spatula was fantastic. It's great for massaging while cleansing and makes using the product more hygienic and convenient. 4. Texture I loved the texture - it's solid but melts with your body heat, becoming soft immediately. It's not too runny and dissolves well when applied.
Cons1. Scent The fragrance is quite... artificial, like a strange chocolate smell? Or maybe a cosmetic smell? Anyway, I think people who are sensitive to scents might hesitate to buy because of this. It's okay once you get used to it, but I didn't like it at first. 2. Blackheads While it's good at removing sebum, I'm not sure if it manages blackheads as well. It's not bad, but if I had to nitpick, this would be a slightly disappointing aspect.
TipI think using this cleansing balm followed by a low pH cleansing foam allows you to remove makeup effectively while keeping your skin hydrated and free from irritation!

The product has a subtle green tea scent and an incredibly smooth, sorbet-like texture. I tried using the balm after going out with a full face of makeup on, and I found that as I massaged it in, it became more oily, which seems to be an advantage as it removes makeup with less irritation! I think this would work even better for those with very dry skin! While I couldn't take photos of the face makeup test, it does a decent job of removing base makeup, lip products, brow products, and mascara.
ConsWhile there's a subtle green tea scent, to me it smelled slightly artificial or synthetic. As someone with oily, blemish-prone skin, I usually use cleansing water and occasionally cleansing milk, but I found this cleansing balm to be too oily for my skin type, making it feel a bit heavy. Because of this, it's absolutely necessary to follow up with a foaming cleanser for a second cleanse. Also, while it removes light base makeup and lip products well, it's not as effective at removing mascara or eyeliner. You might need to use a dedicated eye makeup remover for those, and when I tested it on eyeliner on the back of my hand, it didn't remove it very well. I'm not sure about its effectiveness in removing blackheads.
TipThis would be perfect for removing sunscreen or light makeup! And I'd recommend it more for those with dry skin rather than oily skin!
