I've been using this daily for three months and just finished it. I bought it on sale for around 7,000 won. The value for money is truly excellent. What's more, the product effectiveness isn't compromised, so I highly recommend it. Initially, I used the included spatula regularly, but after a month, I had nowhere to store it separately. So I ended up just using my hands, which was a bit disappointing. When applying skincare products, using a clean applicator like a spatula can help maintain hygiene and prevent contamination. I bought this product on sale, but I'm not sure if cleansing balms in general don't suit me or if it's just this specific one. Either way, it was really disappointing. This product and I just didn't get along at all. The cleansing effectiveness was subpar, and it caused some unexpected issues. Before using this, I had combination skin that leaned towards oily. However, after using this product, I noticed a significant increase in dead skin cells around my chin area and an alarming amount of redness. These side effects were so severe that I had to stop using it altogether.

I could sense the green tea fragrance and green tea granules, and it felt like my skin was being replenished with moisture. Also, after using it, there was a slight whitening effect, so it was pleasant to use. The formula melts well with skin temperature, effectively dissolving sebum. I was pleased to see that even after not using it for a few days, the blemishes that appeared after use visibly disappeared. After using this product followed by a cleansing foam, I couldn't help but notice my face felt slightly dry. It reduces sebum and makes your skin incredibly soft. Plus, there's no irritation at all. It's truly amazing! If you're not a fan of herbal scents like green tea, you might find the grassy smell a bit off-putting. I'm on my second bottle and it's gentle, removes makeup effectively without irritation. It's fragrance-free and not oily, making it great for massaging too. No downsides. I started using this in late March 2025 and bought it because the price seemed reasonable Other products are fine, but when I use this one, small blemishes appear on my face. It also takes more rubbing to remove compared to other products. I've been using this for about a month, and it's been great! No irritation at all. In fact, the tiny granules seem to make cleansing even more effective. I have combination and sensitive skin, but this hasn't caused any breakouts - it's working well for me. I have oily skin with lots of whiteheads and blackheads. When I remove my makeup with this, it really pulls out the sebum effectively! It's such a great product that I sometimes look forward to putting on makeup just so I can use this to take it off! It seems to be a gentle product that doesn't sting even if it gets in your eyes. There's nothing to complain about... I tried this product for the first time when it was on sale, and I'm so impressed that I highly recommend it. I've used all the famous cleansing balms, but this one is both affordable and just as effective. I finished it in about a month and a half, which shows how much I loved using it consistently until the end. This product isn't too oily, nor is the balm too hard. It spreads smoothly and has a mild, refreshing lemon scent that's not overpowering, making it pleasant to use. The cleansing balm alone removes makeup well, and it's not too slippery. After use, my skin feels moisturized and supple without any residue. I highly recommend it for dry and combination skin types. As someone with dry skin who usually gets blemishes and dryness from using the wrong cleansing foam, I've been sticking to low pH products. This one left my skin feeling soft and comfortable after cleansing, without any tightness or dryness. The product itself is very gentle and non-irritating. The texture is like a soft yogurt, easy to spread and gentle. When applied to the face, the balm melts smoothly, allowing for a gentle cleansing motion. It removes makeup quickly and effectively, making it suitable as a one-step cleanse. Highly recommended! The only downside is that the product quantity is a bit small, but it's still great overall. After using this product, I follow up with Round Around's cleansing balm, which leaves my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and well-balanced. Also, using the small gua sha tool that comes with it while applying the balm helps relieve fatigue and gives a nice facial massage.
