I could sense the green tea fragrance and green tea granules, and it felt like my skin was being replenished with moisture. Also, after using it, there was a slight whitening effect, so it was pleasant to use.
ConsThere are no particular downsides, but since it is a night-time formulation, one must be careful to prevent water from getting inside.

I've used all the famous cleansing balms, but this one is both affordable and just as effective. I finished it in about a month and a half, which shows how much I loved using it consistently until the end. This product isn't too oily, nor is the balm too hard. It spreads smoothly and has a mild, refreshing lemon scent that's not overpowering, making it pleasant to use. The cleansing balm alone removes makeup well, and it's not too slippery. After use, my skin feels moisturized and supple without any residue. I highly recommend it for dry and combination skin types. As someone with dry skin who usually gets blemishes and dryness from using the wrong cleansing foam, I've been sticking to low pH products. This one left my skin feeling soft and comfortable after cleansing, without any tightness or dryness. The product itself is very gentle and non-irritating. The texture is like a soft yogurt, easy to spread and gentle. When applied to the face, the balm melts smoothly, allowing for a gentle cleansing motion. It removes makeup quickly and effectively, making it suitable as a one-step cleanse. Highly recommended!
ConsThe only downside is that the product quantity is a bit small, but it's still great overall.
TipAfter using this product, I follow up with Round Around's cleansing balm, which leaves my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and well-balanced. Also, using the small gua sha tool that comes with it while applying the balm helps relieve fatigue and gives a nice facial massage.

It doesn't leave that overly squeaky-clean feeling after rinsing, and the green tea scent is lovely. I'd highly recommend this to those with delicate, thin skin or anyone who experiences a burning sensation from rubbing their face too much.
ConsWhile it does contain matcha particles, the scrubbing effect is minimal. The texture is so soft that it feels like you're using it up too quickly - I think I finished a whole tube in less than a month. Most importantly, I wasn't satisfied with its cleansing effectiveness. The sticky, viscous texture makes it difficult to rinse off completely, which made using it quite inconvenient!

After rolling it on and adding water, it emulsifies into a white lather, suggesting effective cleansing. My skin felt hydrated after washing, which was great. The included gua sha tool, while small, has a nice weight to it and feels refreshingly cool. Though I have many gua sha tools at home, I often neglect them due to laziness. But since I'm using the spatula anyway, I find myself giving my skin a quick massage each time.
ConsWhen rolling it on the skin, it felt a bit stiff, causing friction even when I used more product than usual. While it feels smooth to the touch, strangely, when applying it to my face, it felt like I was spreading a thick, oily formula. Regardless of the amount used, the lack of smoothness during application was disappointing. The scent, which was fine when smelling the product directly, seemed stronger and less pleasant during application. I usually only wear eyeshadow and blush, so cleansing wasn't an issue. However, I did a test on the back of my hand just to be sure. In the photo, I tested concealer, eyeliner, stick eyeshadow, and mascara. The concealer and stick eyeshadow came off easily with just rubbing, while the mascara was removed completely after emulsification. The eyeliner left slight traces even after rinsing with water. Those who wear heavy eye makeup might need to use a separate point remover.

At first it's strong, but you get used to it and it becomes quite pleasant. Cleansing effectiveness - It even removes eyeliner, so it's quite good! Texture - It's creamy and soft. Unique point - It has tiny granules that make you feel like it's cleaning even more thoroughly.
ConsThe scent might be hit or miss for some people. Other than that, the amount seems a bit small!
TipThis is my first time using a cleansing balm, and I recommend it to everyone because it's so easy to use! Just gently massage it on your face before washing, and your makeup cleansing is done! I've almost used it all up... as you can see from the photo!

Highly, highly recommended!!! Application: As soon as you apply it, the mugwort fragrance seems to melt away fatigue.. It's truly a fragrant, herbal scent. The green cream has a velvety soft texture. The way it applies is incredible - it spreads smoothly wherever your hands touch and rolls on effortlessly. Eye irritation: None whatsoever, so I thought 'this must be a gentle one'. Cleansing effectiveness: It cleanses extremely well, thoroughly removing makeup. It's on par with Banila Co's Cleansing Balm. Absolutely recommended!!! It's gentle and smooth. It seems to roll on even better, and the reusable spatula is amazing. This is definitely a product I strongly endorse.
ConsThe only slight drawback might be that it seems to take a bit of time to emulsify? But not enough to be bothersome.

ConsI can't think of any downsides. However, if you're not a fan of green tea fragrance, I wouldn't recommend it.

I'll compare it to the Banilx Co cleansing balm I used before. 1. Scent (3/5 stars) The Round A'Round has a subtle green tea or mugwort scent, probably due to its green tea ingredients. I personally enjoyed it, but if you're not a fan of those aromas, you might not love it. 2. Texture (3.5/5 stars) Compared to Banilx Co, the Round A'Round has a softer texture that melts more easily. It glides on smoothly without much effort, which is great. 3. Cleansing Effectiveness (2.5/5 stars) The cleansing power is slightly disappointing. There are tiny green tea particles that provide a gentle scrub, which is nice. However, compared to Banilx Co, it leaves some makeup residue behind for a first cleanse. It does remove sunscreen well, though! The standout feature of this product is the included spatula. Unlike typical ones, it's made of metal with a spatula on one side and a massage tool on the other. After applying the balm with your hands, using the massage tool feels absolutely heavenly - it's a skin treat!
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness is a bit lacking. A second cleanse is absolutely necessary with this product.

It effectively removed sebum and dead skin cells, leaving my skin feeling smooth after use. True to its green tea nature, it had a pleasant, mild herbal scent that wasn't overpowering, making it comfortable to use. The included gua sha tool was a nice touch - I used it on my face and neck while cleansing. The back of the gua sha doubles as a spoon for scooping the balm, and its size was just right, which I appreciated.
ConsI had high hopes for this product since I've had success with Round A'round's sunscreen before. However, possibly due to its heavy oil content, it didn't agree with my sensitive skin. The next day, my eye area was inflamed and irritated. Of course, this is just my personal experience, as I've had reactions to other cleansing oils and balms in the past.

Its cleansing effectiveness is impressive - I was surprised how well it removed base makeup, blush, and even eyeliner! No stinging or blurring in the eyes either.
ConsThere are some small dark particles that can be felt, which might cause irritation for those with super sensitive skin. Be careful not to get it in your eyes when using.
