Cleansing effectiveness As it's a cleansing product, I was mainly concerned about how well it removes makeup and manages sebum - and I'm happy to say it did not disappoint. As you can see in the last photo, it effectively cleansed even when I had contour makeup on, and it washed away glitter cleanly too. 2. Ingredients The gentle ingredients meant I could use it without any blemishes appearing on my super sensitive skin. 3. Spatula The included spatula was fantastic. It's great for massaging while cleansing and makes using the product more hygienic and convenient. 4. Texture I loved the texture - it's solid but melts with your body heat, becoming soft immediately. It's not too runny and dissolves well when applied.
Cons1. Scent The fragrance is quite... artificial, like a strange chocolate smell? Or maybe a cosmetic smell? Anyway, I think people who are sensitive to scents might hesitate to buy because of this. It's okay once you get used to it, but I didn't like it at first. 2. Blackheads While it's good at removing sebum, I'm not sure if it manages blackheads as well. It's not bad, but if I had to nitpick, this would be a slightly disappointing aspect.
TipI think using this cleansing balm followed by a low pH cleansing foam allows you to remove makeup effectively while keeping your skin hydrated and free from irritation!

The included spatula-cum-gua sha tool is a perfect match!! Plus, it contains matcha powder, which seems to provide a scrubbing effect. #Scent It's nearly fragrance-free, so it's not overwhelming and there's no need to worry about artificial fragrances. #Experience It really dissolves those pesky whiteheads around the nose,, My husband, who has a lot of blackheads, saw a significant improvement after using it! I think he might end up using it even more than me haha It also works as a scrub, leaving your skin texture smooth after cleansing. #Packaging and Tools The clean, monochrome design with its cute rounded shape is a bonus! Having the spatula-gua sha tool allows for cleansing and massage at the same time, which is even better.
ConsThere were absolutely no downsides!! Even my husband with oily skin found the oil-like texture not too rich.
TipAs someone with dry skin, I didn't need to double cleanse after using it, but my husband with oily skin did need to double cleanse!

I usually find gua sha tedious, but since I'm already using the spatula, I take it into the bathroom when washing my face and use it while removing makeup. This way, I don't need to do gua sha separately, so I end up doing it more often
ConsI'm not sure if I just can't feel it... It's supposed to be good for blackheads, but I can't really tell I didn't notice any improvement or worsening, no change Sometimes it feels like some of the particles don't melt completely
TipTip... Wash your hands thoroughly, melt it in your palms, then massage -> Before emulsifying, use the gua sha tool to quickly loosen muscles, then emulsify Using the gua sha tool after warming it in hot water feels somehow even better

It's softer than other products, making it easy to scoop out creamily with a spatula. A big advantage is that it melts faster than other products. I've heard that good emulsification means effective cleansing, and when you rub it with a bit of water, it turns into a rich milky color that rinses off cleanly, leaving your skin feeling refreshed.
ConsThe matcha powder particles seem a bit large, which might be noticeable. Those with super sensitive skin might find it slightly tingling, but other than that, I didn't find any drawbacks.
TipUnlike other products that feel a bit firm and need to be melted in your palms before applying to your face, this one is creamy enough to apply directly to your face and massage in. I recommend using it this way for convenience.

Even though the cleansing balm feels a bit firmer due to the cold weather lately, the soothing matcha scent keeps me reaching for it. As someone with combination dehydrated and super sensitive skin, I found that using cleansing oils alone often led to blemishes, so I've been using cleansing water as a daily alternative. But after trying this cleansing balm, I'm thrilled to see my excess oil disappearing! More than anything, I just love everything about massaging my face with the cleansing balm and gua sha spatula.
ConsI haven't found any drawbacks yet. I'll update if I notice any in the future.

It has a built-in cap for hygienic use, and the gua sha tool on the back doubles as a spatula - very convenient! ✓ Texture: Smooth as butter. It has a melting sorbet-like consistency. ✓ Application: It melts instantly upon contact with your skin. Transforms into an oil, making it smooth and easy to massage in. ✓ Eye and Skin Sensitivity: No eye irritation or blemishes. It's gentle enough for removing makeup without causing irritation. ✓ User Experience: More refreshing than cleansing oils and doesn't drip, making it easy to use. ✓ Cleansing Effectiveness: Removes makeup thoroughly. Takes off foundation, eyeshadow, and lip tint completely. ✓ After-feel: As someone with dry skin who usually experiences deep dryness after cleansing, this product leaves my skin feeling moisturized. No makeup residue left behind, so no need for double cleansing. The included gua sha spatula is fantastic. It's compact and perfect for a quick jaw massage.
ConsThe lid can be tricky to close. You need to align it carefully to screw it on properly.
TipI'm a fan of using oil-based formulas as they're said to be great for dissolving blackheads and whiteheads.

The spatula makes it easy to scoop out the cleansing balm, simplifying makeup removal. 2. Thoughtful usage guide for maximizing the spatula + cleansing balm combo Following the instructions on the box, I found it great to massage evenly along the cheekbones, jawline, between eyebrows, and neck using the round part. The spoon part felt refreshing when pressed against the temples! 3. I really appreciated that the spatula isn't just for scooping - you can use the round part for a gentle massage. The numbered step-by-step instructions on the box for proper usage were incredibly helpful! ✓ Makeup and blackhead removal effectiveness? The product claims to 'clear out makeup residue and blackheads from pores while leaving necessary moisture with green tea water'. In my experience, it definitely removed makeup effectively. While I didn't notice much effect on blackheads, I did see some white sebum coming out from my nose pores, leaving visible pores behind! + I didn't experience any eye irritation either. ✓ Did it leave skin hydrated? Compared to using just cleansing oil, it felt less drying, probably because some moisture was left behind. ❤ Great value for money I think the cleansing balm + spatula set for 20,000 won is a really good deal! I noticed many benefits, so I definitely recommend this product!
Cons❗ Dry skin types should apply moisturizer immediately While it leaves more moisture than cleansing oils, only a small amount of hydration remains. Even after using this cleansing balm, a moisturizer is absolutely necessary! The skin starts feeling dry after a few minutes.
TipMy routine involves using the cleansing balm for the first cleanse, followed by a foaming cleanser for the second cleanse. Then I use toner pads to refine skin texture, and finish with ampoule and moisturizer. If you quickly move through these steps after melting your makeup with the cleansing balm, your skin becomes hydrated before you even have a chance to feel any dryness!

The Round A'round Comfort Green Tea Deep Cleansing Balm has a sorbet-like texture when scooped with the spatula, but it applies beautifully as it emulsifies with the heat of your skin. While some cleansing balms can be uncomfortable around the eyes, often requiring a separate first step, this product doesn't sting or irritate even if it gets in your eyes, which I really appreciate. I usually wear sunscreen and lip balm, and this product alone effectively removes everything! After cleansing, it leaves my skin feeling moisturized rather than dry, making it great for the current season and suitable for those with dry or sensitive skin. The gua sha-shaped spatula is also a huge plus. As someone with sensitive skin, I experienced no blemishes at all.
ConsThe downside is that while it doesn't have an artificial scent, there's a slight medicinal smell that can be a bit off-putting. The inner transparent lid is somewhat sharp, so be careful not to scratch under your nails when opening it. When I first opened the packaging, I was disappointed by the unpleasant smell of the spatula.

There's also a slight green tea scent, which I, as a green tea fragrance lover, really enjoyed. It cleanses smoothly and effectively. However, I found that the gua sha spatula didn't quite work for me with this cleansing balm, so I've been using it separately in my skincare routine instead. Interestingly, the spatula from my previous cleansing balm fits perfectly with this one, so I've been keeping it inside the lid and using it regularly.
ConsThere wasn't really anything disappointing about it! The blemishes I'm experiencing are likely due to constantly wearing a mask these days, and I don't think they're caused by this product.

A double cleanse seems to make it perfect, and my mom says it removes makeup well too. I'm not too familiar with makeup myself, but anyway, I'm satisfied with its cleansing effectiveness and the fact that I can use it without any blemishes. Good stuff!
ConsIt seems you need to use it consistently to see effects on blackheads. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing while using it.
