It removes makeup effectively even with a small amount, and the scrub particles give an extra refreshing feeling. It comes with a spatula, allowing for hygienic use.
ConsCompared to Ba*liaco and Hei*nish cleansing balms I've tried, this product feels a bit oilier, and even after emulsifying, it leaves a slippery film on my skin.

It contains small black granules, possibly green tea powder. When you massage it on your face, there's a slight scrubbing sensation, but it's not painful or irritating enough to cause redness. The cleansing effectiveness seems decent, and it emulsifies adequately.
ConsIt's not as refreshing as a cleansing balm like Mamonde's. While it melts smoothly as soon as you rub it between your palms, there's a slightly heavy oil feel. Even after emulsifying and rinsing, there's a bit of slipperiness? It feels like it hasn't been completely washed off, so I've been following up with a cleansing foam. It would be better if the heavy feeling was reduced slightly. Probably not ideal for oily skin types.

As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I find this product suitable for various skin types. It contains green tea extract that soothes the skin and reduces inflammation, while effectively removing impurities and makeup residue. Its soft and moisturizing texture minimizes irritation while cleansing thoroughly, leaving your skin clean. It's particularly effective for managing both oily areas like the T-zone and dry patches, which is perfect for my combination skin. After use, my skin feels hydrated and firm. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an effective cleanser that removes impurities without stressing the skin.
ConsIt doesn't cleanse completely, and it feels a bit slippery, which is slightly disappointing.

ConsThe finish feels a bit slippery, which I'm not fond of. Using a foam cleanser afterwards helps improve this.

The scent is pleasantly strong, reminiscent of green tea and mugwort. As you massage it in, the fragrance becomes subtler, making it unlikely to bother even those sensitive to scents. Personally, I love it so much I kept sniffing the container! It also has some gentle exfoliating particles for a bit of scrubbing action. There's no eye irritation, making it perfect as a first-step cleanser. Post-cleanse, my skin doesn't feel tight, which is great. The cleansing effectiveness is decent. I'd recommend this for those who double cleanse like me. It's a product that most people could use without strong likes or dislikes.
ConsThere's quite a bit of slip left after rinsing, which might make you want to double cleanse. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.
TipRecommended for those with very dry skin. After cleansing, it doesn't leave your skin feeling dry or tight.

A small amount is enough to remove full makeup. Effectively removes mascara and eyeliner. Love the natural green tea scent instead of an artificial cosmetic fragrance. Skin doesn't feel dry after cleansing. I have dry, blemish-prone, sensitive, and eczema-prone skin, but I've used this without any issues.
ConsPoints that might be hit or miss: Even after using a cleansing foam post-balm, skin feels smooth and slippery (contains shea butter). As someone with dry skin, I liked how it softened my skin and didn't cause dryness, but those who prefer a squeaky clean feel or have oily skin might have mixed feelings!
TipA small amount is sufficient for a thorough cleanse!
